Worth the $$
I am so use to doing my taxes manually and was very nervous transitioning to electric. However using Turbo Tax was extremely easy and loved the fact it tells you youre return at the top right corner as you progress along. This lets you know which partner will benefit better on who should claim what. The helpful tips along the way are also great for teaching us how to make the most out of our return. To give you an idea on the time, I did both mine and my husbands taxes in about 1 and half hours.This program is awesome and has made me a dedicated customer for years to come!! Thanks Turbo Tax!

I have been using TurboTax for a number of years and find it easy to find in most Retail Stores. It is very easy to use and provides me with maximum return.

Long time use
I have been using Turbo Tax since it became available for all users. It is very easy to understand and only takes a little time and I have not had any problems with the tax people since using it.

Ever-changing . . .
Each year it changes and appears to get better. However, completing the "Medical Expenses" sections is terribly laborious. It would help if there were some simple way of repeating elements (i.e. name, supplier, etc.) rather than a]having to retype the same thing over and over and over for each individual entry

2013 changes
At first, I was a little unsteady as much of the graphics were different from the previous years. However, the product is much improved. Even more "intuitive"!
And the netfile... WOW. So much easier. Well done, all.
This is my 10th year using your product. My only concern is pricing. No sooner do I receive my auto-shipment than I see the product for sale for less everywhere. After 10 years, shouldn't I be eligible for some sort of "price match" guarantee?

Awesome!
Having only used paper and pen to do my returns in the past, I felt quite intimidated and overwhelmed at the thought of using a computer program to do my tax return. TurboTax made it so easy for me to complete my return step by step that I will only use TurboTax in the furture!!!

Improvement to Net file Process
Turbo Tax is an excellent tool for doing income tax returns and I have used it for several years but this year the change to the Net File process made the Turbo Tax system the best ever. Thanks the old Net

Made a confusing year easy
I retired, got severance pay, worked a small job and then went back to school. Thought the taxman was going to get me bad but with the pension income splitting option made it easy and quick to figure out. Lots of options to help maximize our refund.

Make use of community forum help
Overall the product was great except I was caught in an endless circle when trying to claim one of the dependent credits. It would allow me to answer No to the net income being equal to zero for my son but then it would tell me it was an error and kept sending me back to the screen to fix my answer. The program didn't tell me where I could go to input what his net income was. Luckily I was able to find the answer in the community forum. I had to go to the Schedule 5 form and I could input his net income there.

good purchase
Only problem I have with this product was it had many more returns than I needed for my purposes. there is a smaller one but it doesn't have every thing I need on it; for example the RRSP section and rental income. needed to by the larger more expensive one; wishing there was something in between these two

Highly Recommend
This is an extremely easy to use tool. it guides the user through all possible scenarios and deductions and the online help build into the software is simply great and answers any possible questions. the 'guide me' and 'explore' functions are great. It does not get any easier than that.
