simple
I use the easy steps. It walks you through it and asks you questions to find out what information you need to enter. It is an easy set up and simple to follow.
If you are a tax wizard you can enter everything in to the forms.

like the new netfile feature
Much easier than in the past where you had to write down a bunch of information and needed a code to netifle. Two thumbs up Intuit - I am a customer of 20 years who will be for life.

Surprisingly easy
This is the first year I try Turbo Tax. Last year I downloaded one of the free ones from CRA's list and I found it very difficult to work with. Turbo Tax was quite a pleasant surprise as it was very simple and easy to understand. The surprise at the end wasn't quite so pleasant - a hefty payment to be made but that's another story! I suspect that I will have to make instalment payments from now on. I would definitely recommend Turbo Tax to anyone, even if you are not very skilled on the computer. It's very, very easy to navigate.

What about the pricing
While I feel the product is excellent, I purchased online but have found better pricing in the retail market. Turbo should provide best pricing for online customers.

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years now and find it extremely easy to navigate through. I have prepared taxes for others through the CRA volunteer program and the software they gave us was not as quick to learn or easy to use.

Excellent Software!
TurboTax is by far the best tax software package I've used. It gets better every year too, with it being even easier than ever to file a return. I use the forms method - very quick, efficient, and easy.

I have used this software for many, many years. The only mistakes make during its use were my own.
There is only one suggestion I would make. When F1 is tapped when the cursor is inside the field on line 253, the user should be taken immediately to the place where she/he can enter the amount of previous losses to apply against the capital gains shown as taxable on the current return.

EASIER THAN EVER
I HAVE BEEN USING THIS PRODUCT FOR OVER 10 YEARS NOW, WHEN IT USED TO BE " QUICKTAX", I DID NOT THINK THEY COULD MAKE IT ANY BETTER, BUT I WAS WRONG. THIS YEAR (2013) IS BETTER THAN EVER.
I PARTICULARLY LIKE THAT THEY GOT RID OF THE CONFUSING STEP WHERE I HAD TO SAVE THE FILE ON MY COMPUTER, GO BACK AND FIND IT, UPLOAD IT ETC. I WAS ALWAYS ABLE TO DO IT, BUT I ALWAYS THOUGHT THAT THIS MAY HAVE CAUSED SOME PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT ALL THAT FAMILIAR WITH COMPUTERS TO HAVE ADDED STRESS.
SO FROM THIS YEAR, 2014, THIS STEP IS GONE.
GOOD WORK "INTUIT CANADA" WHAT A BUNCH OF GREAT PEOPLE.
THANKS FOR MAKING MY LIFE SO MUCH EASIER.

Excellent Product
I've been using this product for years and I think it is great. Its so easy to use. I have some tax knowledge so I use the direct entry method. The suggestions and warning provide the user with opportunities they may have missed. And this year the netfile is so cool, you just push a button and its filed. The only thing was I couldn't find how to print the page with the confirmation #. I also really like the programs use of carrying forward info from previous years and the dependant info worksheet

Excellent Year after Year
I've been using Turbo Tax (previously QuickTax) for many years and find it straight forward and easy to use. A great feature is that static data (eg Name, Address, SIN, etc) is pulled forward to this years return from the previous year's tax return so saves time when completing.

No Stress
I used to have papers strewn all over the table or desk when I used to file my taxes. Reading through all the lines and filling out all the forms used to stress me out to the point of having a huge headache by the end of it all. Now, I click a few buttons with my mouse, information is calculated for me and my personal information is automatically filled in from the previous year. No stress!! I love it! And now netfiling is even easier. I'll never go back to paper! Love TurboTax!

Easy To Use
Every year the TurboTax software gets easier and easier to use. Everything is done for you, just fill in the blanks. TurboTax allows you to complete and NETFILE your return very accurately and quickly and I would recommend this software to anyone. I have used TurboTax for years with no problems ever encountered.

Turbo Tax is miles ahead of pencil and paper, has well thought out Help topic organization, and hits all the options that I ever use. My only wish is that the warnings and suggested savings notices during the review be more restricted, as most of them do not apply to my returns.

A Must Try Software for Anyone ,,, Beginner or Pro ... Unless You have Millions of $$$ , Rental Properties, Large Investments, Run Your Own Business, Etc ,,, And Must have the Services of a CGA then Stop Paying Huge $$$ to the Rip Off CGA's and Save Big $$$ doing Simple Taxes Yourself ....
