Loved it
I used Turbo Tax for years, but switched to HR Block for 2011 & 2012, this year HR Block changed their software and it was horrible so I switched back to Turbo Tax. I'll never leave again!!

TUrbo Tax has my trust
I have been using TurboTax for over a decade and it just gets better and easier to use. I do taxes for my husband and myself and then lend the disc to my son and his wife to complete their taxes.

Excellent Product!
I've been using QuickTax to TurboTax for close to 10 years, this is the best to date. Always easy to use and now even easier to Netfile! (Not that it was difficult before, just a few more steps involved).

Excellent Quality and Value
Once again, I used TurboTax for my taxes coupled with my spouse. TurboTax constantly stays on top of any changes and even though I retired in 2013 and the return was more complex, I'm confident my return is complete, accurate and provides me with the full refund amount I'm entitled to. Thanks.

I have been using turbotax for what seems like forever doing taxes for my immediate family and some extended ones/friends ...best program ever!! And best value ever!! Plus its keeps getting easier and better to use.
Of course b4 turbo tax, I did all of the taxes by hand which was a huge chore. Now its not only easy, its almost a blast to help the friends and family who need it; especially the under $25k/year income..

Easy to follow
The steps were easy to follow. As I have a basic return I don't know how the more in depth portions we handled but I felt confident in all that I used. I did find it odd that I had to fill in all the mailing address information and not carried over from past years a little time consuming . Most likely I missed the link to perform that task. done in an afternoon and off to CRA the same day.

The best tax software
This is the easiest tax program I've used. Easy to understand and process. The auto netfile feature is a real bonus, it eliminates the need for an access code. I do taxes for elderly people and the first thing they lose is their access code. I would recommend this software to everyone. Thanks for a great product.

Can't do my taxes without this program
I have used Turbo Tax since it was first introduced and would be unable to do my own tax return or that of my son without this program. Prior, I had to pay someone to do them for me. I retired in this tax year and was concerned that I would have difficulty with pension slipping, etc. but as always, Turbo Tax "walked" me through every step and made it very easy. Appreciate the Q&A feature on the right side of the screen as you go through each step.

fabulous value for returns
For most of the family and friends that share the one time purchase of Turbotax it is an excellent value because all info of new tax procedure, deductions etc. is easily updated through Intuits site. Easy to use.

Why Internet Explorer ???
I find it annoying that the NetFile process uses Microsoft Internet Explorer rather than default to the user's preferred browser.

TT's not perfect. Nothing is, not even me. But the quality of my complaints is an indication of how close TT comes to perfection.
When I enter a zero in a box that is expecting a number, TT doesn't automatically convert it to 0.00 and this annoys me. OK, whoop-dee-do.
When I completed the optional survey at the end, I was asked for my telephone number. Naturally I chose the wrong format, and received a Big Red Rebuke, along with a definite indication of the correct format required. Now, as an old database programmer, I could have taken unexpected entries into account and tried to convert them. If that was too much, a simple (9999999999) after the question would have been ample information for me. Sloppy.

I've used TurboTax since it was called QuickTax. It's easy to use and is pretty much foolproof. I do my return, my wife's and my parents' returns. It's the best.
