Great program.
I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and I wish Intuit would make a version for MAC computer. I have to use somebody else computer that as Windows.

Excellent Product
I have used this product for years and have never experienced any problems, better yet, taxes are prepared to the penny. It will optimize your return where needed and recommend changes to your benefit. On the downside, I wish it would allow a print option for the Tax Credit Summary showing the scheduled payment dates, etc. It is very precise and easy to use. I will continue to purchase Turbo Tax.

Frequent flyer

Big improvement!
I was pleasantly surprised this year, when the I discovered the newest feature (Turbo-Tax files automatically)
Every year I had a problem locating the correct file, and that is no longer a problem!

use of turbotax
Very helpful and easy to use this software. Government forms terminology hard to understand but that is no fault of turbo tax. Had a bit of trouble switching back and forth between some screens, particularly when clicking on review or fix windows in the Review section. There is no back button when you select the fix or review windows.
As I am not very computer savvy, it is possible operator error may have been some of my issues.

excellent tech service
program wouldn`t load, spent couple hours with two techs trying to resolve problem...hats off to those two guys for being able to help a clueless computer user find success!!! I know I wasn`t the only one with this problem so hopefully their hard work will simplify someone else`s troubles.
