Uncomplicated and Thorough
I've been using Turbo Tax since before it was rebranded as TurboTax! Between family members, we've had tuition amounts, rental income, small business income, child care, COVID expenses ... and TurboTax has easily handled it all

Have been using Turbo Tax for 4 years and am getting comfortable with the package and its many features. Could use an update to highlight a person's name when doing couples, instead of having to read all the text to dig the name out. The name in the left column menu under the refund area would be good.

I have been using this tax software for over 10 years and every year it gets easier to use. I don't have one bad thing to say about Turbo Tax. It's the best purchase I make every year when tax season is coming up. If you haven't tried it....please do...you'll love the easy step feature.

netfile has to work for me. I have an issue and CRA is not being specific so I cant fix it. I am being told to talk to you but I don't feel like spending money for what I know is a simple fix.

Excellent Product
This is one time when familiarity definitely does not breed contempt. I have always done my own tax returns (accounting background) and Turbo Tax allows for flexibility in reporting of items such as spousal splitting of investment income, capital gains/losses etc. and etc. I've used Turbo Tax for many years now and it remains user friendly and a known and familiar program. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Outstanding software
It helped me and confidently, for the last 4 years to file my tax with CRA. The details of review on errors of entry made were really outstanding that I could have missed it entirely and perhaps a call from CRA if ignored.
