Turbo Tax

Easy Peasy

Easy tax Return
TurboTax takes you through your tax return using easy, user friendly, step by step instructions. If you are unsure about anything, you can click on it to get answers or ask questions. It gives you all the information you need! For my wife and I, it only took about two hours, and we're done! We've used TurboTax for several years now and are delighted.

Have been using your product for several years now and each and every year I feel confident in completing this task. Each year am able to complete my family members return as well, so it is very accessible, reliable and so easy to use with your step by step process.
People have tried to sway me to other products, but I am so confident with yours and the price is so reasonable that there is no need to look elsewhere.

Great Program
I always had someone else do my tax returns and decided to try it myself with Turbo Tax. I have not only done my own taxes, but 3 others! It's quick and easy to follow. I will purchase it again next year.

Excellent Product!
I have been using TurboTax/quick tax since 2004. It's an excellent product and easy to use. It transfer information from the previous year which saves a lot of time. I never had a problem with my returns. Product support were amazing for the few times I used it!

Gets the Job Done Well
First time users like me will find navigating through Turbo Tax to be fairly easy. The optional tips and explanations are many, but kept to the point. The guidance is excellent as it leads one through the steps to conclusion. In future, this product should make keyboard arrow keys useful to speed up data entry when entering numbers in several lines. As well, the user should have the option to choose larger or smaller text font...its all in small font for now, which at times made my eyes weary while working on my 17" monitor.

The only problem I had was in filing. I thought I had sent my returns away when in fact I hadn't and by the time I realized my error I am now late in filing. Please take care to pay special attention to this area so that people like myself who are elderly and using your product for the first time can walk through it easily. Thanks.
