Date problems
I don't understand why Turbo Tax requires date information in a sequence that conflicts with that required by Revenue Canada. Please make a change for next and succeeding years to Year, Month Day

Best Purchase Ever
After having Netfiled the return, and clicked on "Done with Netfile", it would be good if you actually said, "Well Done, the process is now over". Instead, I am left to wonder, "is that it?".

Easy to use!
We felt that TurboTax was very user friendly. The instructions were very straight forward and easy to understand. I liked how the tabs were laid out nicely with the "You Are Here" sign displayed when you were in that area. We felt that it was well worth the money.

As painless as tax time can get
Turbo Tax is user friendly, the support is great, and the people providing the support do get back to you with suggestions/solutions to your questions/problems. Much easier then the old paper-based method. Just be sure to keep paper copies in case your computer crashes!

A Must-Have Item
Years ago, I worked for a C.A., surviving several tax seasons before the computer era. To this day, a glance at income tax forms makes me shudder. So I am very grateful to Intuit:
Turbo Tax is exceptionally user-friendly and makes tax return preparation quick and easy. Now if only it paid our balances due, ha ha.

Makes the horrible better.
With great age comes great responsibilty, namely doing your grown children's tax returns, your aging paremt, your recently deceased parent as well as you and your spouses personal returns.
Although always dreading it, and procrastinating like a champ...when I finally sit down and get started I'm reminded once again (annually as it were!) how easy and well laid out Turbo Tax is. A great interface, lots of alerts, lots of tips, and a seamless integration with Netfile that defies logic!
Always recommend this product, and told the oldest kids they were on their own this year...they breezed through and filed in ten minutes. Faster than me. I hate that...but I love Turbo Tax.

Great Product

Control and ease
