Continued ease of use & dependability

Easy to Use; Good value for money

User Friendly

You just have to take it nice and slow and try not to get ahead of yourself. I like that it has warnings which may or may not apply. Nice and easy....better than paper filing we used to do.

Use it every year
I find it easy to use and that is important as I have complcated returns to complete. The help feature, the review feature and the warning have been rewarding by catching missed steps or opportunities I was unaware of. I will be using this producet until some one else will be doing my final return and they shold use because of the relative information Turbotax carries forward each year.

Been using TurboTax, previously Quick Tax, for over 10 years and I would not be able to do my own taxes without it. Its predecessor is a pioneer in this industry and I would not go with someone else.

Simple and fast
I have been using this software for a few years now, it's well laid out very fast and simple. I even had my step son use it without ever having done taxes before.
If you never done taxes in your life and are sick and tired of paying a tax agency to do your taxes then pick up this software and give it a try. You may be able to pick up an older version cheaper and try it and compare the results with a tax year prepared by an agency.

Best product for self filing
If you have a pretty standard tax situation, Turbo Tax, in my opinion, is the cheapest and fastest way of doing your taxes. Easy step process is very efficient and the detailed help files are there to assist with anything slightly out of the norm. Links to previous years returns saves a great deal of time.

Excellent Tax Software
I have used this software for a number of years now and there is a reason for that .... it is designed for the average user who may only have a basic understanding of the tax rules and regulations. This product takes all the guess work out of the equation when preparing tax returns which makes this painful yearly requirement a quick and easy hour of work.

The Netfile error about address problems needs more explanation, not just comments from others with the same problem. Give clear info on how to correct the address error.

needs
It needs tabs, or page listings, so you don't have to go through the whole step to find one page. For example; Deductions tab, continue, continue, Medical expenses page. Would be so much simpler to just click the Medical expenses page to begin with.
