Really helpful program
I really like using this program as it is easy to use, but I think that it costs a little too much. There are other programs available that I can try and will provide for my needs. I think that I will try something else next year.

Eases "Tax Pain"
Turbo Tax is very easy to use and helps lessen my "tax pain" every year. For the most part the Easy Step method is very good for my simple return though some parts are not always intuitive. In the dependents section I could not figure out how to add dependents because the program kept defaulting to the one dependant whose tax data was imported to mine. I solved the problem by just editing and re-editing this first dependent until all my dependents were showing. The "Add New Dependent" button should come up earlier in the menu in this section, I believe. Other that I am happy with this program and plan to keep using it.

So easy anyone can do it
Hi Turbo Tax!
I have to give two thumbs up to the Turbotax team for creating this so very easy to use/do it yourself tax program. I had previously used a tax services agency which charge way to much to use their services. I did for a while because I was too lazy and waited until the last minute and just ran to them. But never again as I totally enjoy doing my taxes myself using the Turbo Tax program. (Yep, I actually enjoy doing my taxes). No, I am not receiving a refund, but I still enjoyed your program.
Please keep up the good work as this takes the guess work out of all the tax changes that takes place throughout the year.
For anyone who has not tried it, I suggest that they try it at least once and see that anyone can do it and they can save a lot of money doing it themselves rather than pay per receipt other place.

Consistently Helpful Software
I have used WinTax, QuickTax and TurboTax ( all Intuit tax preparation software) since the mid-1990's and they have saved me a lot of time preparing about 9 returns annuallly. A lot of thinking and programming goes into the software and I can just use it oblivious to all the logic involved in the program. Every situation seems to be covered.

I love this program

now even esier
having done my own taxes for many years as well as my families taxes, this year seemed even easier than in the past. I had all my info ready as well as my wife's and sat down at 3:00 pm and by 7:00 both returns are done and have been netfiled. mine is not a simple return as I have expenses for work and with the review program,all I can say is i'm done and have no concerns at all.

Easy and Changeable
What I like best about Turbotax is the ability to change values and seeing the immidiate impact on the refund amount. I find the Summaries particularly useful including the last year comparison summary. Love the information that provides the average and marginal rates and would love to see a another window that provides marginal refund rates when entering deductions, RRSPs, stocks etc.

One problem
I have problems when going back to review entries. A particular problem was adding medical expenses.
Adding a new item overwrote the description of an earlier item. No item was lost, but it was confusing and reqire laborious checking to get the result correct.

So Easy
