Helpful Software
The design of the software allows you to easily move between pages and makes tax time a breeze. For people with straight forward taxes this is the best software to use. Will be buying it again next year.

Buy It every Year!!!
The step by step instructions are fabulous. Answer a few questions and it prompts you for the rest. And it keeps track of any amounts to be carried forward from previous years.

When my computer crashed 2 days before netfile deadline, Intuit's help desk helped me load software on another computer and finish my returns. They help Minimize Tax pain!

Turbo Tax Ease of operation
I purchase the turbo tax software every year, knowing that it will provide clarity, instruction, and will allow myself to navigate through the tax reporting process with ease.
the cost of purchasing the software is more effective than taking my taxes to an accountant.. the program is thorough in its evaluation of your individual assessment and provided you have all the proper documentation, will investigate any and all deductions that are permitted based on your profile.
I will certainly purchase the software again next year.

Superkool's impressed!

Turbo Tax Standard
I have purchased the tax software ( Quick Tax and now Turbo Tax) for the last 15 years or so and I have always found it to be extremely user friendly.I actually enjoy doing my income tax returns every year and owe it all to Turbo-Tax's easy to follow platform.Thank you Turbo Tax.

Always room for improvement
Improvements made each year make it easier to use. Some printing is still hard to see when a light blue colour is used, especially for older folk with poorer eyesight! I will continue to buy and use it yearly.

used it for years
The information about not requiring a 4 digit number this year would have been better at the outset rather than at the end. We spend a good part of the winter on holiday and have our mail forwarded. Not having received the number worried me considerably as i thought it was lost in the mail. Although this will not be an issue in the future, the thought might apply to future changes.

Easy to Use - Standard Version
Can't get any easier than this in filing your own taxes. It's like having your very own personal accountant and tax consultant guiding you. If you can operate a computer, you can use TurboTax Standard version.

help items could improve but good
The help items could be better but still there are good.
The best example of improving is the forum about problems with using netfile. there were lots of negative comments but little response from TurboTax. It would have been helpful to say that at the end of April, the government servers or the TurboTax servers may be very busy so you may have to retry several times. It appears that it is unrealistic to expect that one can get through the first time.

Great (except for....)
Input of dividend info for t3's is awkward. It combine the three values together and makes checking input a tedious. It should use the same format as it does for T5's.
Some of the foreign exchange input fields are truncated to four decimal places - should be at least five and probably six or seven.
The optimize functions for pension splitting, medical costs and donations should be combined or at least have the option to do so.
Other than these features, the software is extremely good!

This software is amazingly EZ to work with and saves so much time and money. Three basic returns done for less than 1 professionally prepared return. The look and feel of the software is very intuitive and EZ steps make it a breeze to navigate thru or go back. I usually get my NETFILED return/refund back in 8 or 9 days! SEE YOU NEXT YEAR LOL!

It was painless and simpler than ever
It was painless and simpler than ever, particularly when entering for my children and wife.
However, entering stuff like investment interest paid and capital losses was awkward - I don't know if I did that properly at all.
But otherwise, Net Filing, which I did for the 1st time,
was very , very easy - I should have done it sooner.
VERy good job Turbo Tax
