Over all I was impressed.
Except, I filed 4 returns and other then the first time the video on how to netfile took a very long time to start running.

Easiest Way to File Taxes
No more trying to figure out deductions, what to claim, etc. by yourself! This is so easy to use, just follow the continue button until you're finished.

Best tax prep ever.
This was honestly the easiest year to complete tax in over 25 years of doing so. It was very very smooth operation and simplistic not missing a step. I would definately recommend and I never take the time to write these things unless I am wowed.

Links to Internet Explorer makes my heart bleed
Great Product, and as easy to use as it can be (we are dealing with taxes after all!) The prompt/interview process is great, I'd presonally like to see a more immediate link between the forms/interview process by placing referrences to which field will be filled in (can make it a toggle if you care about keeping a clean interface - but that would be magical)
- Only negative is that their links open a new instance of 'Windows Internet Explorer" when I clearly don't use IE becuase I'm not bad at the internet. I would prefer the links to open in my default browser. Also if you look at their website to try and tell them about this - they have a forced link to use Outlook- rather than actually providing you with a contact email address (which you could copy and paste in your own choice of email client). So I'm forced to provide feedback in this method.

Have used Turbo Tax and predecessor for years and always have been impressed by simplicity to use and addtional features which had not been aware of such as income splitting of pension income even if spouse has higher income than pensioner it balances overall tax implication to family as a whole.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and this is the first year that I had any problem. This year I could not view the demonstration on how to Netfile. I phoned the help number and a girl there tried to help me, but even she could not get the demo to run on my computer. She did offer to help me through the netfiling process herself, bless her. But this problem caused me much time and frustration . Hopefully next year's version will not have this problem!

wow
I have been using TurboTax for more than ten years. I am completely happy withith the program. Most diofficulties I encounter are answered by the self help menus. All other concerns have always been answered promptly by the "contact us" service. Thank you for making my experience so much more pleasant than those days when I used "paper and pencil".

Had a bit of a glitch this year, due to my own oversight; phoned Intuit & then figured it out myself while I was waiting a few moments for the guy on the phone. He was gracious. I apologized for taking up his time. Turbo Tax makes it easy.

Had no issue at all with this product. I've had someone else do my taxes for me online in past years but it wasn't in the budget this time around. It was easy to port everything over from last time, file new information, and I'm glad the Access Code is no longer needed this year as I've misplaced that information but need money fast. Thanks, TurboTax!

Increase the level from $25,000 Taxable Income to at lease $30,000. Increase the number of returns in excess of $25,000 which can be prepared on this software to at least 12

Functions very well
The downloaded version worked immediately without difficulty once I leaned the difference between 'downloaded' and 'online'. i was extremely disappointed by the bad communications that had not informed me, or at least did not remind me that I had purchased the 'downloaded' version and finally gave me an access code when I had used my customer number when accessing the online version. The online version is a complete disaster and I will be following up on my horrific experience with it. Intuit was warned weeks ago about serious problems that surfaced with US clients. I wasted at least 30 hours this year because of both poor or at least misleading comunications and my own ignorance. I stopped trying to make it work and redid my taxes on the downloaded version. Intuit should realize that the general user does not work 24/7 with tax software!
