Kudos
I have not had any problems with TurboTax/Quicktax for all the years I have used it. My one complaint is that some stores are able to sell copies for less than I paid directly to your firm.

First time was a charm!

Intimidating Process Made Simple

Easy Peasy...makes life good
What would I do without TurboxTax? I automatically receive tax software in the mail each year about February and shazam when it is time to do taxes it normally only takes a few hours over a few evenings. The secret is to keep your paperwork organized throughout the year and prior to doing taxes make sure you have all of your paperwork. Then get started.

I wish they sold a one return package at a lower price as I only file my return each year and think what a waste that I could file more... wish I could purchase for one return only package for a slightly lower price

Easy peasy
I have used TurboTax for several years now and I find that it is easy and walks you through step by step. It will easily allow you to decide where you can maximize your deductions to the fullest if not in the present year but also in years to come using the optimizer features. The only negative that I can see is that it should be able to review previous year's information and carry forward deduction amounts automatically with a click of a button. Hint, hint. Otherwise you just have to remember that medical bill you didn't claim in years past to carry them forward.

Well worth the purchase!
I have used TurboTax Standard for several years now and I have to say I am very pleased with the operation of this software. Never had any issues with installation and the program has worked flawlessly each year. I thought there was no room for improvement and yet I am very pleased to see the amount of effort established within the Live Community element that is a great help.

Makes me smarter than I am
I'm not terribly well inclined toward mathematics, or reading instructions, or any of the things that ordinarily are useful for a person filing a tax return, even though my taxes are not complicated.
When I was self-employed, my accountant handled my personal and business taxes. Now that I'm an employee, it seems silly to pay an accountant to do what TurboTax does so quickly and easily. TurboTax saves me time, headaches and more. It works VERY well for me.

easy to use!!!
This is my 3rd year using this program - it had been recommended to me by a colleague. It was the best peice of advice I ever got! Very easy to use, I love the "help" tool and love the fact I can do a little at a time and go back to where I left off, or even go back and change things - it is just so easy to use! I have recommended it to my family and they are still thanking me for it!!

Great and Easy to use
We tried TurboTax for the first time this year and we found it easy to use. We were able to see FAQ's as we went along so we could quickly get answers to all the questions we had.

Easy To Use Tax Software
This software is so great. It makes doing your taxes very simple. The fact that it transfers over last year's relevant info makes it even better. The only issue I have is the Live Chat is garbage. Every time I try to use it, it tells me that it is unavailable.

Standard Turbo Tax!
