Great Software
I've been using this software for 10 years now, and I can't really complain. I took me about 2 hours minus interruptions from children to get my taxes done. Not bad at all! There is a learning curve, but in the long run, it's more than worth it. It ends up taking you longer to find all the paper than to actually file your taxes. However, lots of these documents are becoming digital anyways. Turbo is right.
My only quip with it is the "Smart tips" section, which this year recommended that my decidedly-younger-than-65-year-old wife apply for the "Senior Homeowner's Credit". We had a good laugh, but the feature could use some tuning.

TurboTax2020, Fast and Easy!
I use Turbo Tax every year. It is the quickest and easiest way do get your personal taxes done. The program is nicely laid out and the progression through the entire process to completion is excellent. The final NetFile portion gets better every year.

Improve donations split
CRA allows charitable donations to be split between spouses. Use a similar optimization like pension splitting to optimize donations (especially important for large total donations)

Wonderful
This software make easy my life in this difficult time. it is easy to follow the step by step and great service for reviewing the forms before sending this to CRA.
Also there is room for improvement. For example a check box saying I am already registered wit CRA online. And also check box saying I am already registered in CRA direct deposit.
For foreign pension, it could be easy way to find the portion of the income which is exempt of tax in Canada treaty. This part is a headache. Can TurboTax helps on this issue?

Very good. One issue
Everything was very easy to follow except the filling in of T777s. Once I navigated around and found other tips, it became clear, but it took quite a lot of trial and error to get it right. Otherwise an excellent product which I have been using for many years. Thank you.

Easy Software for Tax Novice
I have repeatedly used TurboTax. No matter what version I use I find it easy to navigate and work with. It doesn't just do the bare minimum it assists in finding hidden savings and makes useful suggestions to get the best return for you.
