A Great Income Tax product
I really like Turbo Tax and have successfully used it for the past four tax years. It's just like having a tax professional sitting right with me. I love the built-in tax tables and all the help assists. Continued Reliability
I have used TurboTax to prepare U.S. and Canadian returns for over 10 years. I have prepared returns under various lifestyle situations: student, renter, homeowner, volunteer and donor to various causes, resident in and out of Detroit, Michigan and New Brunswick with various ranges of income. TurboTax has been very efficient in handling all these facets. It gets better through the years and is thorough in its assistance in filing returns and catching any errors or items of concern should there be an audit. The interview process makes preparing my returns stress-free! Intuit's websites in the U.S. and Canada are top-rate and their service admirable in the online world. I remain a satisfied customer.

Best Use of My Time
I would highly recommend this product as this has made my life much easier. The Live Tax Advice is especially helpful when I want to get a professional tax adviser's consultation on items that can or can not be used as a credit.

Familiarity makes this easier every year

Been using Turbo tax for years
We have used Quick tax ( the previous name for Intuit's tax program) nearly since its beginning and now Turbo Tax for the last while.
We find the program thorough and easy to follow, and consistent in its format.
We have never had a tax return issue with using this product.
NetFile now make it even easier, no envelpoes or stamps or photocopying receipts.

Sooooooooo Easy!
I have used TurboTax (or QuickTax) for as long as I can remember and it has always been easy and accurate. I now help my son with his return. He is paid in USD with US deductions. TurboTax handles that information as easily as if it were CDN.

Great tax program
I have been using Turbo Tax for many years now and find it very easy.
The only improvement I would like to see, especially as I get older, is the option to make the font larger. I have a hard time reading some of the text in TT and would appreciate it being bigger.

I have used Turbo Tax, or Can Tax for many years.
I have now got at least 6 of my friends to now buy and use this program, and we all agree that it is easy and accurate to use. I have helped alot of people with income tax for years, and really like getting the results in doing your own. I would certainly recommend this program to everyone.

Forms Identifiers
I've been using TurboTax for a number of years and have found it to be consistent and an excellent assistant.
One minor issue is that each form that is used creates a small clickable window in the TurboTax desktop, but the windows are too small to identify which return (mine or that of my wife) applies and also it is too small to identify the particular form. As a consequence, the clickable window is all but useless. Also, the clickable window would be great if they were arranged in some logical order.

Most stress free return ever.
I found the TurboTax software to be fabulous. It made the returns stress free and quite easy. Just follow the prompts and you can't go wrong.
Any questions? There is a convenient Q&A on the right of the screen that will clarify anything that the blue highlighted info dispersed throughout the form doesn't.
Don't worry they give warnings and tips before finishing each section.You also get to return back to edit.
