I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. I am an over 70 senior and you can not get a tax product any better. I put the figures in and they let me know ALL the tax credits etc. I am entitled to. They go the extra mile when it comes to taxes. I also like the part where I don't have to go out and purchase the product, I am told when to pay and it arrives in the mail. Copies last years info and I am finished for another year. Thank you Keep up the excellent work.

Easy to use and helpful tips
I use Turbo Tax every year and find each year it improves with helpful tips, live communication and live tax advise for the various questions we have.
My suggestion for improvement is to provide a little more detail so the user can ensure they are really eligible when suggesting possible benefits that are available, ex. eligible dependent amount, working tax benefit, etc.

Much better than the others
Other software wound up providing me with some pretty poor results. Turbotax helped me not miss the tax credits the others missed and save a lot of stress and money!

Turbo Tax ...my go to software every year
I buy Turbo tax every year and i love it. It is so easy to use follow the directions and if you have questions or doubts theres alway help either on the rogram or you can call for help . I hated the thought of doing taxes before now i do returns for my kids and there spouses.

Excellent program
I really enjoy your program it makes doing your income nice and easy. I am never one for doing the old fashion way meaning pencil and paper plus a calculator doing that way is such a headache. I'm glad my dad showed me this program and now I enjoy it. Thanks so much

Very intuitive tax program
The tax tips and warnings ensure nothing is missed. Exccellent tax program. It is a great value for doing taxes for my whole family. I have two children in post-secondary and having this program track their tuition carry forwards and transferrable amounts makes it so easy. In additon, it is great that the program doesn't count returns less than $25K towards the number of returns available adding to the excellent value.
If you are not sure of a tax rule, the help menus are very comprehensive and explain the process.
Never any issues on any of the tax returns filed.

Terrific Product

I have used TurboTax & QuickTax for many years, and have never had a problem. Being able to enter all the Tax slips, Receipts, Bills, etc. and have the calculations done immediately is such a time-saver. When moving data between spouses for the Optimum Tax Savings, the results are lightning fast. Why use a calculator & pencil?? Use this program with an easy mind!!

Display fonts are too small
Display fonts are too small to read comfortably. They should also be in Black to increase their contrast. You need something like a web page zoom control: ctrl+ to zoom in and ctrl- to zoom out.

10 years and still great
I have used TurboTax and previously QuickTax to complete my own tax returns for over 10 years.
As a CPA who has a good knowledge of taxes , I am impressed by the little extras that are picked up that many non-professionals would otherwise miss. And it is so easy to transfer a prior year's return forward so I can compare returns.

Good product!
Great for everything we do EXCEPT when it came to a T5013 form. We seem to have trouble entering the tax form we receive from the company into TurboTax. More info on the form than fits into the boxes of the program. That is our only conern. Everything else is very straightforward. We have successfully used the product for many, many years now.

Netfile for first time

Easy to use but not price friendly for loyal users
Although I really like using this software and have for years, I'm disappointed that as a consistent purchaser of this program that I am not offered the best price right away. Instead, I need to run around to various stores that offer it for less than the price offered on your website. Could you not send special mailings to those who purchase year over year with a discounted price rather than having us run around the city to purchase the actual software cheaper? You'd think it would be in your interest to sell more downloadable versions to long term customers instead of forcing us to buy the CD at a lower price elsewhere.

Hard to read
There is no (obvious) way to make the screen font larger - it is smaller than I am used to. This would have helped me - I have to squint a bit at small fonts and most software I use (such as IE, Word) lets me zoom in a bit.

Pricey but reliable and easy to use
This program is easy to use and very good at finding savings for the taxpayer.
The help functions are really smart.
That said, it's a bit overpriced. A loyalty discount or a year-to-year discount would be a nice idea.
Minor bugs: Keeps telling me that there are illegal characters in my address when it is exactly the same as it was the year before.
