I have used Turbo Tax for several years without any problems. This year for the first time I contacted the help department by email and had a reply within 24 hours. I was very impressed with the quick response as this is the busiest time of tax season.

Turbo Tax Standard
I find this an excellent program. My only request is it would be nice if the program would run on a Mac. My "pc" is getting old any the only time I use it is for filing my taxes.

Good Value
I would like to see a page that details the specific Schedules especially schedule # 8. Also, the help menus needs to go into more deatail in regards to
senior citiizens.
Otherwise the product is really a helpful tool.

Only issue video for instructions for Net File I felt the istructor spoke too fast not ideal for senior citizens. I have used \QuickenTurbo Tax for many years.

Better Every Year !
Ever year TurboTax gets better - improved interface, improved work flow and more intuitive. Highly recommended for even the novice.
I do the entire family's taxes (self, daughter, wife, in laws and aunts) in a single weekend. Best investment ever.

AWESOME

I had five very easy tax returns to fill out and turbo tax standard was more than sufficient for the job to get done. I showed my family the tax wizard with RRSP contributions and how it would affect their tax return and it generated alot of interest.

Great User-Friendly Product

Great Product
This is a fantastic product. It makes complicated caryyovers from one year to the next simple and easy. It keeps track of all the details for you, entering data where needed. It optimizes deductions between spouses for you.
However they need to work on their pricing. Being part of the TurboTAX club is not really that much of a perk. In order to qualify for your 10% savings you have to wait for them to send a link to download the product. This year I refused to wait and paid full price for the product and downloaded it many weeks sooner, as soon as it came available on the website. Why should a returning customer have to wait?

Straightforward
Turbotax guides you through the tax program in a logical and smple manner, with Help screens available along the way for novices, and access to any desired forms for the "Pro". An affordable package, I haven't had issues with this program for the numerous years I have used it.

Income Tax Filing Made Easy!
I have been using Turbo Tax for years and have always been very impressed with how easy it is to use! I take comfort in knowing that my family's returns are done correctly and that I've maximized all possible credits applicable to my family. It's like having my very own Tax Consultant that not only comes to MY house but is available at any hour of the day or night and doesn't come with a big price tag! This is a wonderful product!

Worth it - every cent!
I always do my own taxes - but usually on paper forms. This year, now married and with multiple deductions to figure out it was a mess and after days of playing with everything but getting nowhere, I picked up Turbo Tax and I was finished in about an hour and a half - inluding the Netfile for both of us. Best purchase in a long, long time!

I have been using TurboTax Standard edition for the last few years now. I find it easy, fast and accurate. The steps are easy to follow, you get explanations if you need them, and the program even checks your information and gives warning if it finds something that might call your return into question. I'm not hooked on Phonics, but even I admit to dreading the yearly tax filing. Now with Turbo Tax I'm laughing and breezing through it=:) Seriously, it's so easy, user friendly and intuitive! It asks you all the questions, makes suggestions, answers questions and fills in the blanks for you. Save and file and you're all set!
