Quick & Easy
Before we started using Turbo Tax, taxes took forever! Pressure, headache - just hated doing taxes! I do taxes for 3 people and this is done within a few hours and filed. Can't recommend this program enough. Thanks Turbo Tax

Miracle Purchase
Turbo Tax has saved me a lot of time in completing my income tax. I love the fact that it identifies potential savings that I may have missed under normal circumstances. A great tool I would recommend to anyone and I will continue to use in years to come.

Time Saving
I just love this program. Save so much time not having to read up about any changes so not to miss new deductions. All the information is promoted for you as you go through the program.
Saves me so much time from the past paper method.

Happy Sad
I have used TurboTax since it came out and I used it's predecessor before that.
You've always been able to us the copy and paste
function this year the feature is missing so the returns took a little longer to prepare.
If you have never used this program it wouldn't bother you and the new users will love the program.

Easy, quick and accurate
Great software. Simple to use if you read the instructions and questions carefully, quick to file with all the links embedded, and the ability to print a hard copy should you choose to file by mail.
Being able to file "jointly" for common-law status was great, as it requires data from the "other" person's form. TurboTax calculates and enters that data automatically on each person's form.
Nice that after completion there are several more returns allowed, letting me use the same software for family members and close friends.
Importing data from the previous year saves tons on time - we all hate having to fill in personal information year after year. Nice touch.
Staples offered a special sale price, plus a $5 off internet coupon, making the product an excellent deal.

I have used this tax program to make out the taxes for 5 or 6 members of my family for the past 5 years. I find it fairly easy to use aside from the Governments wordage that they use. Most of the forms that I complete for my family are different from each other with different criteria for them. I still find it easy to do each of them.
The most aggravating thing is to try and find the *.tax program in my computer, to attach to the form when completing the final filing to the tax department.
I guess that I'm just not a computer whiz!

Turbo Tax
I found the Turbo Tax especially easy to following and I like the fact that I can hve my questions answered on the spot with-out having to send it and wait for a reply either through email or texting. I like the easy to read format and the simple steps involved when filing my taxes. I just wish it was a little cheaper.

Excellent Product
I have been using this tax program for years and am extremely happy with it. I have to complete both a Federal and Provincial form so my job is greatly simplified and I safe a ton of time. Will be purchasing this product again next year.

Computer Crashed by Tax ok
My computer crashed but to my surprise a firm retrieved the data and Turbo Tax could be set up again by re-loading the program. Did not have to re-do my taxes which was 90% finished.
I loved that I can do the taxes step by step with no problems. Makes life easier.
Have used Turbo Tax for years.

Great for doing Seniors Taxes

Last year because it was the first year my son was going away to university, and I knew there were things about tuition and transferring tuition, etc. I decided to hire someone to do our taxes, what a mistake. I'm so happy that I'm back with Turbo tax, which guided me along and explained all those changes to me, as well as the changes in this years taxes. I'll stick with Turbo tax.

EXCELLENT VALUE

Excellent
I have been using Quicktax/Turbo tax for over 10 years now. I had tried another product but ended up returning it since it was not user friendly. Turbotax is extremely user friendly and is very easy to use. The forms look just like the CRA paper forms and the forms are very easy to complete and navigate. It also has warnings, suggestions and reminders that help make sure all is entered properly. Sending your tax file to CRA via Netfile is also very easy, Turbotax does most of the work for you. You can also easily print a copy of your tax return for your files. I would recommed this product to everyone even those that have never used an income tax software in the past. It will walk you through all the steps. It is very easy to learn and use.
