Easy, efficient and cost-effective
I've been using TurboTax for five years. It's the easiest, most efficient, cost-effective way of filing income taxes for myself and my husband that I've ever used. Once done, I use Netfile to submit our returns online and it's done.

Excellent Product
I have been using TurboTax for many years now, and it is still the best program I have used for filing my tax return. The step-by-step instructions are easy to follow, I can go back to any point in my return at any time, and I like that the amount I will receive/owe appears in the top right corner at all times. I highly recommend this product for both first-time users and experienced ones.

I have used Quick Tax and Turbo Tax for many years now. I tend to use the "fill in the forms" approach over the "guided step by step" process. Either way, it is very easy to use.

A way not to hate tax time
I have never enjoyed doing taxes and always waited till the last moment. Sometimes we even paid an accountant to do our taxes. Typically, there was always an error on returns filled by accountants. I have been using Turbotax for three years, am done in under two hours, have received refunds, and have not had errors.

Turbo tax is easy to use and has saved me thousands of dollars. It was especially helpful the year my wife and I relocated closer to our employment. Turbo tax recommended valid deductions that I didn't even know about.

US/Canada filing saved money versus "experts".
I do my own filing now even though I have income in both Canada and US. I previously filed with big accounting firm and found I ended up doing most of the paper work filling out the items for them. Rather than pay them thousands of dollars for their "expertise", you need to know this stuff yourself.
It is like leaving your financial situation to someone else...you pay through the nose or you have no clue what is going on....which you should anyways since it is your money at stake.

I like TT and have used it for several years. The only way I can see it needs improvement is to have the PRINT LARGER!!! Some of us have trouble reading the lightly colored small print used in this program. Could you change it to black, and make it bigger? Thank you.

I was very nervous buying and filing my own taxes. TurboTax was very easy to use and I found I did not have very many questions, as it had pretty good directions and helpful hints. Knowing it gave errors at the end really comforted me in knowing it would be done properly. Definitely be using TurboTax next year!!

Turbo Tax 2012
I have been using Turbo Tax even before when it was called Quick Tax for over ten years now. Not only is it easy to understand it is dummy proof to use. I have no training in any business administration but Turbo Tax guides me through everything and answers any question I have so that everything is accurate. I have been audited twice in those years as a government random check and both times everything came out perfect. Thank you to the makers of Turbo Tax that saves me money and helps me get my taxes done perfectly.
