For the last 31 years I have always prepared my own returns using the old system of fillling out forms and mailing them. I never really thought of that as being difficult or time consuming; but having just finished using the Turbo Tax program for the first time I am amazed at how much faster it is and even when I was unsure about something it was easy to find the answer and to go back and forth to check and correct. I will be using Turbo Tax from now on. Thanks for making life a little easier!

I have always wanted to file my taxes my self was always afraid of making errors. Turbo tax is so easy to follow and helps get the the most credits that you can. Very happy customer!!!

Really easy to use, and did my return in less then an hour, which is great. The tool that answers all the questiond I had was excellent and I will definatly use this software again.

I've used TurboTax and its previous versions (QuickTax and WinTax) since 1994 and, barring some kind of tragedy, I'll be back next year.
My investments include Limited Partnerships, Trusts and others that make income taxes complicated but TurboTax is up to the challenge.

I recommend Turbo tax without hesitation. It is easy to use and takes no time to get the return completed. I have been doing my own tax return for the past 30 years and it keeps getting easier - thanks to Turbo tax for improving their software. Again, highly recommended!!!

The only thing that irritates me is that TurboTax defaults to Internet Explorer. It should use the default browser on my computer.

I cannot imagine doing my income tax return without a truly excellent software package like TurboTax. It has a huge knowledge base imbedded into it so the resulting returns are right first time. It makes a nasty chore (almost) fun.

Turbo Tax is easy to use. My first time using it was last year and now it is what I'll be doing from this point on. You do it in the comfort of your own home and what ever you don't understand it will explain for you.

I've been using this application for the past few years and it hasn't failed me once. This program makes doing taxes easy and not only does it save me from paying an accountant, it helps to teach me more about taxes and how the entire process works which I find more important.

I have purchased turbo tax every year since it came out, and I love how easy it is to do my own taxes. You are helped every step of the way, or you can work at your own level, but you will always find out answers if you ever get into trouble. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!!

I use Turbo Tax every year for my family. It is very easy to use and it does not make mistakes and each year it gets smarter. I get my refunds within a couple of weeks and we avoid audits.

Very thankful a product like this exists. It makes doing spouses' returns so easy. It even calculates transferrable tuition credits from children's returns to parents' returns. Not much thinking required!

When printing my return for my records you now have "FILE COPY DO NOT SUBMIT" typed across each page. This seems to be new this year. I didn't like it as it sometimes covers my numbers making them difficult to read and it uses up a lot of (expensive ) ink

I found Turbo Tax to be most user friendly - the only short-coming is filing the actual tax return within the software but filing was also easy, just an extra step
