quick and easy
We have been using TurboTax for years and have found it very well organized and easy to use. Now it's even better, as it is more integrated with CRA and allows data to be imported and exported to our accounts.

Good safe software
Have been using Turbo Tax and it precursor, Quick Tax, for many years. It is quite easy to use and accurate. Does not take long to fill in the forms and even quicker if it was used in previous years because it fills in much of the information automatically.

Love Turbo Tax
This is the second year we used Turbo Tax. I used to pay almost $200.00 to get our taxes done and now pay 35 bucks or so. I am not a mathematician but that is a BIG savings and I get my FULL return. It is easy to use, have your documents ready and if you need to take a break, that is alright and you can carry on later. Fantastic, I can't say enough of the ease and efficiency of the program. I NETFILE both our returns and get a confirmation number back instantly. All in one program and I didn't need to wear a mask while doing my taxes because I used my own computer at my own home.

Initial problems with CD, but online form worked
We initially bought the CD. It gave obious errors. Specifically,
1. It listed my wife's income as $38,000,000. Even with the assistance of a call center individual, we couldn't locate the error.
2. It would not load the CRA information properly.
I got a refund for the CD, went to the free online copy, started a brand new form, and then entered everything manually. Once I did this, everything worked without a problem.
One thing I especially appreciated (second time around) was the detailed warning & information on the T1115 form (which I submited by mail). So, my review is mixed.

Long-time user
Good software, makes filing tax a mindless process, but also exposes the forms side if you want to check under the hood. This really helps if you've taken any kind of interest in personal taxation.

Great Product & Easy to Use

Turbo Tax 2020
Easy to use. Prefer the Standard CD version over the Online edition. Unable to transfer data from 2019 Online into the 2020 CD Version which was a pain. Phoned for assistance but unable to assist in that regard otherwise would score a 5 star for ease of use.

Reliable
