Easy to Use
This is the 2nd year I've used TurboTax and am extremely happy with it. It's easy to use and understand. It explains the process every step of the way. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn to do their own personal tax return.

Most user-friendly software ever

Turbo Tax 2012

HIghly recommended!
I've used TurboTax for years and I wouldn't consider completing and filing my tax return any other way. It keeps getting easier to use. And if you expect a refund and use the netfile option you should receive it in about 10 days. Try it!

This is an improvement over last year.
It is much easier to navigate back when you make a mistake.
It could still be improved to make navigating back even easier. I could eventually do it but most of the time just scrolled through the whole report

Taxes Made a Little easier to swallow
We all hate paying taxes but it's made a whole lot easier when you use TurboTax. Unlike the question where do my tax dollars go? You can see where your money is well spent using TurboTax. I have used this for the last 3 years and prepared my household taxes in minutes with lots of hints, easy access to help and excellent direction. Buy it you regret it.......

excellent tax program
Great program to do your own filing. Easy to use and helpful with directions. I could not do without. Used program for over 10 years and everytime I am surprised Inuit is able to create changes that makes it simpler to navigate. Love the build in optimizers for RRSP and donations.

Don't file your tax without it!

Best. Investment. Ever.
My family has been using TurboTax for many years now & it truly makes the process much less painful. The only way it could be easier would be if it could type in the details for me...LOL!

Easiest way to do your taxes
TurboTax is ABSOLUTELY the easiest way to do your taxes. The step by step method takes you through the process painlessly and answers to questions can be found easily - most will pop up for you before you think of them. You can go back and make changes at any time. I use it every year and highly recommend it.

Dramatically speeds up tax preparation process
The forms method is quick, relatively easy, and helped me find a few extra dollars of refunds which more than paid for the software.
I found the wizard mode tedious and difficult to use, and gave up after a short time.

Very easy to use and saves a lot of time. Love the software! I still get the General Income Tax and Benefit Guide as well as Forms 2012 T1 General Ontario for reference only. My first time using Netfile and it was also very easy.
