2012 tax filing experience
We have relatively simple tax returns and use the basic package. I find it convenient and easy to use. In almost 20 years I've never had a problem with the system. Its intuitive to use and has very good help. Every year it seems to get just a little easier.
Very convenient to have it sent directly to my computer every year.
I recommend the system

Simple & Efficient
Very simple and easy to use. The RRSP analyzer is a very useful tool. Refunds come back so much faster filing on line than mailing. Wouldn't do my taxes without it!

online with Turbo Tax
This is the first year I've had to do my taxes on line. I wasn't thrilled with the idea, but the Turbo Tax program makes it easy and includes all the available deductions tax savings options - so you don't miss anything. I highly recommend it.

Getting Better Every Year
I have been using turbo tax for at least 8 years now and I have really had my moments with it, but I must say that this year's version is the easiest to navigate that I have found. My returns are simple - I use the standard package to do returns for myself, my kids, a friend and my Mom. I found this year's version to be very user friendly. The questions are very understandable and the navigation is quick. Very little back-tracking. I also like the fact that there are such a high number of returns allowed on one package. Will continue to purchase this product as long as it continues to be this friendly

Thius is a great product, but it would be nice if a way could be found (for our own purposes) to generate a page that would show how to split our returns in proportion to the tax credits for medical, expense credits and donation credits that each of us actually generated when we use the tax refund maximizers in the program.

Great package
I guess I got the message at the right wrong. When
I wrote a few minutes ago I thought that the message
was indicating that I had too many words.
I guess repetition of anything leads to enlightenment!!
I am leaving life changes blank as none of the choice
