totally stress free
This software was easy to step up and very user friendly. It steps you through each step that you are eligible for and gives you tips on some categories where you might not know or think that you can enter a deduction.
I found this exercise totally stress free from the old method of attempting to fill out all those schedules and forms by myself.
will definitely buy this again

Fantastic
I have used turbo tax for some years now and have found them to get better with each year .2012 return was by far the easiest to use with helpful information and simple steps making this normally stressful time of year go without a hitch would recommend to people unreservedly.

Oustanding Software
I have been using Turbo tax for a number of years and wouldn't use anything else. It is absolutely user friendly and has all the necessary tools to walk you through the process including Contact support. Way to go turbo tax.

Can't believe it is so easy
Second time of using TURBOTAX and I can't believe that it is so easy.
I have just done my sons basic tax and from the time I put the disc in to the time it was filed 45 mins.
The two imputs that I put in the wrong place were straight away reconised as an error.
I am sure that when I do mine and my wife's I am going to have little or no trouble.

Long time user; still the best software
I have been using Quicktax, now Turbotax, since the tax year 1996; in every iteration, the program has made it easier and easier to enter data accurately, ensuring optimal outcomes, whether it's a case of maximizing the amount of a return or minimizing the amount owed.

Minor issue with Provincial
Love the program.
That being said, still had minor issue with Provincial section of return. #'s reflected were not what I entered, but rather a calculated value instead. Apparently this is normal for that part of return. BUT, took me a while to confirm that I had not made a 'data entry' error

SMALL ISSUE CREATES BIGGER REFUND
I complete tax returns quite a bit for non-taxable income and find I do not get a correct refund if I do not pay close attention.
The EI and CPP need to be removed manually from line 308 on deductions.
Why does the computer not pick that up
I hope I have explained myself well enough for others to understand.

Better than doing it myself
I completed our Taxes using the package from the post office. I worked it out that my wife was going to get a $800 refund and I owed $500! I was told to use Turbo Tax, which I have and we are going to receive almost $2000!!!!

A Convenient Purchase
Easy and convenient all around: easy to find a store selling it, easy to install, easy to input data. What can I say, "easy is convenient".
The only issue I had was in creating/ saving the *.tax format of the Return for NETFILEing. Nowhere does it say "when" the file is being created... next year a "NOTE" should be added in the process (in the GUI) that explains that one needs to puch the "continue" button for the file to be created. Only then will the file be created.

Nice and Easy
