A time saving tool at a busy time of year
I have been using and recommending Turbo Tax for years. Both for work and at home for family. Once they see how easy it is ,several are now doing their own returns.

Turbo Tax

Another Great Tax Year.
This is the third year using Turbo Tax (or my fourth...I can't remember!) and once again I am happy with the program. The step by step process allows me to see that I am getting the deductions that are right for me and I like that I can access the forms to double check that everything is where it should be!

So simple!!
TurboTax is very simple to use and is great for a family as you can do your wife or husbands taxes the exact same time as you do your own. Simple pages with easy to understand wording that make it "idiot proof"!! This is the third year I have used TurboTax and it has saved me lots of money. Great job guys!! Keep up the good work!!

It could be better
I would like to see live refund amounts as you enter such things a medical deductions so that you don't have to wait until all are entered.
For the home improvements for seniors, Like in my case all items purchased at the same vendor shouldn't require me to write the same vendor name over and over. It also says you need to claim if labour costs are included, maybe there could be a yes or no box to click. as i kept running out of space to indicate this such as 'no la' .

Charitable Donations
Overall this is an excellent product and user friendly. However there is a slight problem with the charitable donations carry forward. It does not calculate the remaining carry forward and so have to manually put it in. Also it does not allow you to divide charitable donations between spouses easily. You have to use an override.

Easy. Fast. Awesome.
Love this software. All you have to do is save all your tax receipts, file them and come March - lay everything out and plug into TurboTax :) When you're done, filing your finished tax online with the CRA takes seconds.
