Easy as ever
I did my family taxes this year with speed and earlier than usual. Turbo tax made it easy for me to import all my tax slips. I would have missed one RRSP slip if not for Turbo tax! I'm glad I did the import. Thanks Turbo tax!

I find Turbo Tax to be easy to use as it asks questions and guides you through doing taxes. Or you can just fill it in, your choice. I have used it for many many years now. Only issue was when my operating system got too old to run it and I borrowed, then bought a new laptop.

Almost Painless This Year
Overall it was easy to complete all my families returns. However trying to claim the Flat Rate Working from Home amount took some time and I had to go into individual forms before it accepted that the person qualified. This should have been much easier.

Great to help with taxes
Great to use. It helps you prepare your taxes, especially if you're not sure what you can claim. The only con is that it could be more explanatory as to how to input information, at times it may take a while to figure it out

Great Product
I have used Turbo Tax and before that Quick Tax for over 10 years. It is easy to use, complete and accurate. I think it is overpriced as I file only 2 returns. But I like the forms method which is not available with Turbo Tax Basic. I also did not like the questionnaire when I first installed the product as it was simply a sales pitch to get me to purchase the Premium version which I absolutely do not need. That is shameful marketing.

Thoughts
My experience with Turbo Tax this yr when filing my tax returns was a bit different from previous yrs in that there were few new new questions but the guidance was there and I was able to review and make corrections .
