Always Helpful
I have used the program for over 5 years now and it gets better each year. If there were one way to improve, it would be to design a "repeat button" when entering medical expense data as the repetition of things like "prescription", one's name and the normal drug store 30 or 40 times is tiring and prone to typos. Otherwise, it gets better and easier to use each year.

EASY ... PEASY
I would take some real doing to mess up your tax return using Turbo Tax! I've been using this tax software (and earlier versions - Quick Tax) for 6 years now and find it easier and less complicated each year. The step by step questions take you through the entire routine, explaining each step along the way. Their NETFILE instructions are letter perfect and easy to understand. They've got a LOYAL customer with me!!

Ease of Use
This program is the easiest to use, everything is stepped out for you and you can travel around the program easily if you forget to enter something. The program also shows if you have double entered something and it can be deleted with a click on the "delete".

Great Program
Have used this tax program from its early days when it was called "Quick Tax" and have found Turbo Tax to be a quick and easy way to pacify the people at CRA who, from every indication, like Turbo Tax as much as I.

Easy to use with exceptions
Overall a very useful product. I've used it for years, but it has one LARGE flaw. The fonts are too small!! You cannot change the font within the program, only by changing your computer settings. This is unacceptable for a program that all these useful features.

Peace of Mind
Everytime I use Turbo Tax (and I've used it for more than 10 years) I know that I have done our family's tax returns correctly and completely. I am assured that all forms I need are available and included in the package. The help section is easy to understand and the summary is just as valuable to have. I'm very satisfied with Turbo Tax.

Works awesome
I have purchased this software past 6 of 7 years, and have to say it works very well. If you do not know something it will figure it out for you, or point you in the right direction to get problem solved. Very good value for the money. I used other software 1 year, and have to say was truly sorry. Turbo Tax Rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quick and easy

turbo tax
someone recommended that we use the online version of this product. I found you cannot go do anything after the fact with your return so spent the money, it is worth it

Just What I need
This year, I will prepare nine tax returns again. This software allows me to prepare the returns of my extended family with confidence. The time savings are priceless. I was able to prepare my son's first return in 11 minutes (We timed it).
