Great Tax Program
I've used turbotax since before it was changed from quick tax, always worked well for me, easy to use and covers all the boxes (even when my taxes were more complicated), has just enough returns to cover my kids (-:}

Purchasing your Product Issues
Hi,
So this is not a slight to the product but an issue on purchasing from your website.
I tried twice to order through my account but the system kept telling me there was an error in Id or password which worked fine in the previous years.
I contacted one of your reps and we tried to access with no success so she suggested I just sign in as a new customer.

Easy
I've been using Turbotax Standard for years. Couldn't be easier, and of course it knows all the tax rules and deductions. I don't agree however when it recommends to upgrade to the "Premium" edition for additional cost however just because I got some minor investment income. "Standard" works just fine.

Great Product
I've used TurboTax for many years and I have found it extremely helpfull to quickly and easily prepare my taxes. I have never had a question from the CRA about a tax issue. I get my refunds within a few weeks.
I had one issue that I want to point out. The Netfile access code changed this year (2020) but I didn't realize that. I tried to file using my prior years' access code and naturally my Netfile return didn't go to the CRA. The error message I received said that there was an error on my return that had to be corrected in order to continue. Nowhere did it even hint that my access code may have been the problem, so I went over my return over and over looking for an error until I zeroed in on the access code which I fixed and my return went through just fine. Considering that this was the year that the access code changed perhaps a reminder of the change in the warning section would be in order.
