First Time User
This was my first year for on line filling so i was a little nervous of the over all experience. Turbo Tax took away all of that once I started.It was very detailed, walked you through every step helped at every question.I'll be back next year.

Good Program
I'm use to this format before so working with it was very easy to me... I wish the price was a little better or CRA give us a break on it but time will tell... thanks for makin a program that is easy to use

Why Make Taxes Difficult

Save your money
I'm using TurboTax since it come out, and it is easier every time I use it. This year didn't even need access code. It is very helpful in reminding you of possibility to claim different things so you don't forget anything. The best thing is you can fill out many returns for low income earners without using allowed quota set for each registered disc. And the price is right. Thank you

Stellar Tax Pain Relief
My wife and I found submitting our taxes this year, was actually enjoyable. Sitting together on our couch, with a nice fire going, we spend a pleasant evening sitting side by side, inputting our tax information into the Turbo Tax program.
Not bad for a couple who were previously intimidated by the complexities of filing taxes. To take such an involved and often confusing process and making it into a enjoyable "bonding" evening, says volumes about the value of this program.
Thanks again for the opportunity to use this application.

one little problem
every year I enter charitable donations and want to claim them on my tax return because my taxable income is higher than my spouse's and every year turbo tax defaults to my spouse's return and I have to go back to get it on my tax return. The optimizer does not fix the probelm even though it is optimal for me to claim the charitable donations. this year it wouldnt let me net file my spouses return because of this override, even though I clicked on fix and remove overrides numerous times. I net filed my return and then exited and restarted turbo tax before I could net file my spouse's return.

As easy as taxes can be
Taxes are not trivial, but this software makes the entire process as easy as it can be. Once you've collected all the paperwork you would have had to take to a professional, the hard part is done. Then just answer the questions and you're off to the races. I've been using it for years and love it.
