Very Satisfied
I find the printing a bit small as these old eyes are not as good as they use to be. Finding the net file on my computer was difficult till I ckecked your help. So over all I am very satisfied.

Very Easy to Use
TurboTax makes it very easy and painless to file a tax return. The step by step interview makes it a clear, easy to understand way to make sure all the information you need to know and input is done correctly. It makes deductions easy to do and helps with knowing what is deductable and how to best deduct to get the best return.

truly easy tax returns
Like most people, I don not look forward to doing my taxes, or having them done by someone else. Either way it's a royal pain. I finally took the plunge and used Turbo Tax for the first time this year, and am I glad I did. It is extremely easy to use - even for a non numbers person like myself. The wizard makes it super easy to do all that is required without having to have knowledge of all the various forms and such. I highly recommend this product to anyone wishing to save money doing their income tax return!

Better Than Any Accountant
You can't go wrong with Turbotax. It's easy enough for anyone to use; you don't need to be sophisticated in any way. From now on, I won't use anything except Turbotax to file my taxes.

Product cost
I enjoy the product and have used it for many years (it was QuickTax before) ... however, I have found that I could have purchased the product in several local stores for a lot less than I paid by purchasing directly from TurboTax ...I fail to see any advantage buying it directly.

HBP info incorrect
There was a glitch in the program when I entered my home buyers plan repayment. I entered the minimum amount several times in the easy step process but kept getting a warning that I did not enter the minimum amount. I then checked my forms and seen that it did not transfer that amount from line 19 to line 21 like it needs to do on my forms. I guess we will see if it went through correctly.

Useing turbo tax was so easy and the helpful tips made answering my questions way less complicated. So much easier than waiting for hours on the phone for one question to be answered. It walked me through everything with very simple steps and gave me good tips for things I can claim on next years income tax return.

safe & simple
I have used TurboTax for the past 3 years and it has been fast and very easy use. No more pulling my hair out as I DON'T HAVE MUCH LEFT from past years before TurboTax. Income tax time is a dreaded time of the year so do your self a favor get TurboTax and take the worry out of doing your taxes...

Best Tax software ever
this software is so easy to use and makes netfiling a cinch. I did two standard tax return in under 2 hours. The old paper way used to take me a day and cost many grey hairs. Good job Turbo Tax
