quick and easy to use
i was late on my taxes and had no time to go to a tax place so i thought i would try this product out. It found all the duductions that was due to me and more then made up for its purchase price. I will diffenitly use this product next year, and quite possably have my taxes done on time

Just as Easy 2nd time
Our Computer crashed and we lost all our Turbo Tax filings from previous years. Fortunately, Turbo is so easy to use, we were able to plug in all our info and file two tax in less than 3 hrs. Looking forward to next year when we'll just pull up the old stuff, review, file in likely less than an hour. So fast and so cheap - love it

The program is quick, easy, and well planned. I do have one MAJOR complaint - and it's something that, when you consider the "fanbase", TurboTax should look at. It is completely impossible to adjust the fonts. I have serious vision issues, and I have screen resolution adjusted accordingly - and yet I found I was working with my face two inches from the screen trying to read *grey* print (not even a nice light black - it's grey just as it is on this form)

Great Quality, Need some tax knowledge
I suggest people who complete their own returns have at least cursory knowledge of tax rules and laws if the tax return is involved at all. Great product, the tips help a lot. The questions and answers on each screen were also helpful in some circumstances.

long term users feedback
I've been using Turbo tax for years and have always found it very easy and intuitive. It catches things that I miss and offers suggestions without making things complicated. Also when I've had to call in and ask for help the wait is always reasonable and the help clear and usefull.

I found Turbo Tax Standard 2011 easy to use.
The easy way and the forms way were both good.
I had to use both because I made an error on my first attempt and somehow an amount went on a wrong line, and so I just started over with a new return and then was able to get it right.
One problem is that I do not know how to delete the return that is wrong; I tried to delete it but it didn't get deleted, so perhaps you could advise. I want to get rid of the entire file/return which is in error.
But I was able to get to the forms easily; found what I needed and instructions were easy. I would use this product again, and in the years following too; and recommend it to my friends.

Love the flags
I love being able to tag areas to come back and review later.
Using TurboTax year after year is such a breeze.
I only wish there was a personalized checklist that I could use that would compare forms / deductions submitted the year before to make sure I don't miss anything.

User Friendly; BEST Purchase Ever
I would recommend this Product for anyone with absoloutly limited or no knowledge of filing income tax returns. It's so user friendly, almost impossible to make mistakes.
Just make sure you have all your necessary forms in front of you; receipts required and go!
I like it, it's simple and fast and it's good to refer back to as opposed to the old fashioned forms only accountants or tax specialists can understand easily.

I have always found the program great!!!
Also extremely easy to walk through as well as helpfull in numerous areas.
BUT I am constantly annoyed at the margin on the left hand side overlapping the program and obscurring the "continue" icon at the bottom of the page. This help margin should be allowed to completely drop off and thus not interfere with the screens.
Also i don't know why the program will not allow specific screens to be printed in the "Easy step" mode. I think it would be usefull, if for example, the student summary screen could be printed or any other summary screens

Love, love, love Turbo Tax!
I have used Turbo Tax since the company bought out Quick Tax and I used Quick Tax since the 1990's and find them both very easy to use. I will keep using Turbo Tax for many years to come! I would recommend this product to everyone!
