Turbo Tax 2011
The Turbo Tax program is very easy to use. It has a lot of checks and balances all along the way to ensure that every aspect is completely covered. Not difficult to understand.

Very good product

Easy-Peasy-Lemon-Squeezy!
For me, it was a great purchase-much easier than other tax programs. Warnings about information that was perhaps put in twice were very helpful and also the hints about where I could save money. Great!

Excellent!
Granted I have not ever done my own taxes, however I am a computer geek and have plenty of experience with software, both good and bad, and I was pleasantly surprised at the overall experience with TurboTax.
TurboTax worked flawlessly, and I was very happy with the results.

Getting Better Every Year
I found this year's version extremely easy to use. I was impressed with how quickly I was able to finish, thanks to the helpful tips, and ease with which I could go back and forth through the pages. I noticed that literally all "quirks" that I ran into in the past were completely fixed, and had pop-up messages or side bar notes to guide you to the appropriate solutions.

Simple and Fast
I have been using Turbo Tax and its predecessor for years. It works well for me. Even though I did manual paper returns for years and even worked as a tax preparer one season, once I discovered Turbo Tax, I have never looked back. It makes the job almost a pleasure and even reminds me to check things I may have missed.

Excellent tax program
I found TurboTax (Standard 2011) to be an excellent tax preparation program. It was very intuitive and very easy to use. The Easystep option was very intuitive and seemed to know just what questions to ask.

Good bang for your buck
best software for the do it yourselfer, should be able to do my return as well as my wifes on the turbotax basic. I find the standard version expensive for 2 returns

GOOD BUT MISLEADING
HAVE USED TURBOTAX/QUICKTAX FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS. I FIND IT SIMPLE AND EASY TO FOLLOW AND WOULD USE IT AGAIN NEXT YEAR.
ONE ISSUE I HAVE, IS WHEN ASKED TO UPGRADE TO PREMIER FOR HELPING CALCULATE CAPITAL GAINS OVER THE STANDARD VERSION.I FOUND NO ADVANTAGE TO IT IN THE PAST AS IT APPLIED TO ME, AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. EVEN SAID IT MAY/MAYNOT APPLY TO ME. PAYING AN EXTRA $30+ IS NOT THE WAY TO FIND OUT. I JUST FIND IT MISLEADING WITHOUT SPELLING OUT THE PROS OF UPGRADING FOR THE COST INVOLVED.

2011 is best version yet
We have done Turbotax for several years and this year was the best version. Previously it would have a glitch here and there. However, the phone help was very good to get through it. I would recommend this software.

As always TurboTax makes taxes much easier. Their new free online chat help for tax questions was a great addition. I used it a couple times due to unsual circumstances in this year's taxes that I could not find info about anywhere else.
