Standard Edition
Turbo Tax standard would be a better value for me if I didn't have to buy an 8 return edition and only use 1 or 2 returns from it. A lower priced lower return amount would work better for me.

Worth Every Penny
I have been using this product for many years and would be lost without it. I would recommend this product to anyone. Why pay someone to do your return when the easy step program takes you through your tax return in an easy layman way. You don't have to be a tax expert to use this program. It does all the work for you.

More than worth the money
I use to do everything the old fashioned way on paper and it would take me all weekend. When I first bought Turbo Tax a few years ago, I ran the program (took about two hours total for my wife and me), then did it on paper. Turbo Tax ended up getting me an extra $300.00 in refunds!
I have been using them ever since.

Easy to Use

I do it every year.
I have used Quick Tax and its successor TurboTax for many years. I have always found it easy to use and it covers all the bases. My only disappointment this year was that I had to go out and purchase a copy. In the past I had automatic renewal and I was able to download the program on line. I don't know why it was not offered to me this year.

Poppy's experience with Turbo Tax for 2011
Little disappointed with the price for the STANDARD PACKAGE. Also a little disappointed I can only load on 2 computers. As a family (myself and two sons) we do 6 tax returns. We each prefer to kep our info on our own personal computers....not all one one computer

Confidence in correct return
When I use Turbo Tax I feel confident that I have not missed anything, made any calculation errors. I have used Quicktax/Turbo tax for more that 10 years and have never had an issue. I have done as many as 5 tax returns some years. My son is now doing his own and my 2nd son will do his next year.
Great tool, rivaled only by Quicken! and Excel!

Give it a try, you can do it!
I started using this program in 2008 as Quick Tax Standard and in 2010 it was renamed as Turbo Tax. Until now I am still using it, my entire family benefits from it. I am so confident using the "Easy Steps" as a guide in the process of doing our taxes. Give it a try, I am sure you can do it! :-)

A Banner Year for Turbotax
I have been using QuickTax and then TurboTax for many years. This year's product was easier to use and full of additional features that made doing my taxes almost enjoyable. I appreciate Intuit's efforts to improve their product and the difference was evident.

a godsend
The paper copy of the government form and guide are so frustrating, but TurboTax works like you have a tax expert sitting beside you to remind you what to enter, where to enter it, what relates to it and what you could add there. Simply great software.
