filing income tax made easy
I have been using tax software for years, starting with quick tax, this year is the first year I can recall having free tax advice by phone. I found it to be excellent, I used it twice and in both cases I waited less than 5 minutes actually only slightly over 1 minute on the second time, and yes, my phone has a timer. In both cases the answers were accurate and made me feel better in knowing I was not messing up the return. I used the easy interview process to fill out the returns for myself and my wife, it was painless and took me about 3 hours, not bad considdering I also report a farming income. Doing your own income tax returns may not be for everyone but if you are going to do it Turbo Tax standard is pretty darn good.

Too good

Simplifiess Life

Can't Go Wrong
Best product available period. Determine level of complexity or number of returns and purchase appropriate version. They work beautifully and have improved yearly since I can't remember when I first started using.

Do your own tax returns!

I skipped doing my taxes last year and this year decided to try doing my return myself.

Turbo Tax Standard
Only a couple of things I would ask to have changed -- I would like a way of making the print on screen larger - it is quite difficult to read especially when the print is grey. Why not use black?.
Also, when you use blue print on a grey background it is even more difficult to read.
Love the programme but dislike the print size and print colour.
