Excellent Tax Product!
Turbo Tax was extremely beneficial and useful for my tax return. I was nervous at first because I had never done a tax return just on my own before, but TurboTax helped me step-by-step and explained any questions for concerns I had. I might even go as far to say TurboTax made my tax return...fun!

Even Better Than Last year
Hard to believe, but the program is even better than last year. Easy to use. Holds you by the hand all the way. and finds opportunities you didn;t think of. Warns about possible omissions.

I have been using QuickTax and TurboTax since 1991 and have always have quick and consistent tax returns. I would never do it any other way.

excellent software
very helpful and easy to use. I like that it easilly takes me to the forms even from Easy step.
very easy to move back and forth within easy step by using the tabs.
The RRSP calculator is very helpful for current year and even "next year".
I used the help a couple of times and it worked well for me.

Great Program
I have used this product for about 15 years. I tried a cheaper program about 3 yrs ago, but came back to QuickTax/TurboTax because I lacked confidence in the other program. The only way to make this product better is to reduce the price, which the stores did this year for the first time. Unfortunately, they did that in February and I had already made my purchase in January.

Great Purchase
I really like the Turbo Tax because it is easy to use and it makes it easy to file because I can do it all from home; no buying stamps and mailing.
The step by step questions and tips make it easy to follow and I also like that it lets me know if there is a way to save money for the next year.

Best purchase ever
I was a first time user, very easy to use. Very cheap and stress free since you do not have to go to a tax preparation service and wait long time with the kids. Excellent! Some times the tax preparation services made mistakes and you will file a wrong return, so you pay for nothing.

Good product - tough to find support
I have used this product a number of times but sometimes find it difficult to find solutions and fixes to errors and warnings I recieve in my return. I went to the community but occasionaly found that when similar questions to mine were asked they remained unanswered. quite frustrating. but eventually I would find enough information in the help sections to find my way through.
