Best Year Ever
I have been using Turbo Tax Standard version for over 10 years to do my and my families returns, it is so easy to use and quick and no printing required it gets to CRA via their Netfile feature.

User Friendly

Excellent, but...
I use TurboTax every year, and it is great. One thing was the program did not attribute income on joint accounts when you input the percentage in the T3 form to do so.

I've been using TurboTax (the old software name as well) for almost more than 10 years now and I am so happy about it. It is perfect tax software for beginners even up to advanced users. Easy to use and reliable to get the refund within few weeks. Fantastic!!! Its worth spending money to buy this tax software! No other software can compete this amazing TurboTax

My go to
Taxes are not fun, this makes them tolerable. Files save where they should, forms are easy to toggle in and out of, everything transfers nicely from year to year. I get turbo tax every year. I know there are free programs, I just like the convenience and familiarity.

Overall a good tax software
No real problems doing my return. My only suggestion to improve the software is in the way it handles the Cra import/autofill of the T5008 forms. I had a number of T5008s on file with Cra. If your not on your toes after the autofill the software does not include the Capital Gains income automatically. You need to do a manual step with each autofill T5008 form. There is not warning that you need to do an extra step of choosing in the T5008 slips what the Type Of Income is- Investment or Capital Gains. If you don't choose to Type of Income it seems to just ignore the T5008 Slips.

easy & reliable
I find the turbotax to be very easy to use. I like that I can enter in both my info and my spouse's info at the same time without having to jump back and forth on my own. I like the running total at the top so I can see how everything impacts our return. Very quick and easy and not stressful to use.

Saves stress
I used to hate the receipt and calculator process. The ease of answering direct questions makes the process much less of a chore. It's still taxes, so it's not a pleasure, but it's less painful.

Easy to use
This program is easy to use once you have basic knowledge of tax returns. I used another tax program for one year because it was cheaper but I threw it out and went back to this one. It guides you through the process and offers tips along the way.
