Continued Satisfied Customer
Been using TT and QT for years now, and my assessments are always either spot on, or just a few dollars of difference. Great tool with lots of features, and easy to upgrade in certain years if Standard doesn't fit the bill.

Link file with children
I really like Turbo tax, it is easy to use. I use the forms method. The help section is very good as well and the forms fill in correctly.
My suggestion is to be able to open a file with both spouses and children so the tuition credits can transfer automatically to the parents.

Best Idea on the Planet
I have paid to have my taxes done for years. Several years ago I tried doing it myself and it was a complete mess. This was so easy to understand and to get right I will never pay to have my taxes done again.
This is so easy anyone that can read can do their own taxes and keep those hard earned dollars in their pocket.

Directions are easy to follow. Step by Step process provides helpful information in addition to explaining what the tax guide actually says. It turns an all day process into a few hours. The ability to ask questions as I go through completing the forms, saves a lot of time/hassle. Of course, the little icons are pretty cute too.

Make it easier to use
You have an error in the netfile review page where you say "Do you have no income to report". If there is no income to report the answer would be yes. However you should be saying "Do you have income to report" to get the correct answer of "no".
Delete the "no" from the statement.
I'd also prefer to enter all one persons info at one time instead of bouncing back and forth from one return to the other.

Very stable and reliable
Using "forms" method of entry, had no trouble except for LOSS table. Took a while to figure out where to claim Capital Loss carryover for 2011. Once I saw it, OK, but wonder if some prompts would be useful here.

Great Software
TurboTax was very user friendly. My return was more complicated than usual but I was able to source my answers through the help section and their new community resource section.
I would recommend their software to anyone. I have been using their product since 1991 problem free and efficiently.

Extremely Helpful software
This software is extremely easy to follow the steps. It helps to organize the paperwork and enter your information when asked. Knowing a little about tax preparation, I had the confidence in the software that I would not missed entering any of my data. The quick helpful hints along the way and explanation s of items were fantastic.

Easy to use
I used to hire an accountant and every year I would get a notice that something was wrong with my return. I started using turbo tax 2 years ago and I'm kicking myself for not doing it earlier, its a fraction of the cost and because I review everything myself I know its done right!

A happy and satisfied user for many years
I have been using QuickTax and now TurboTax from the time the software was introduced. The process to prepare my return is intuitive and easy. The carry-over feature (unused RRSPs, accumulated capital gains/losses) has been the most useful for me. Thanks, TurboTax!

Not the sharpest knife in the drawer
It is a little disappointing when you get to the end of the Easy Step questions. You have watched the Refund amount change with each question like some Las Vegas Jackpot and then you realize it took you only 10 minutes do your taxes. It kinda makes you want call your family and friends to use up the remaining 19 returns allowed.
