Very User Friendly Programme
I Have used Turbo Tax for a number of years and find the programme extremely easy to use, I can do my friends income tax for them, which is a usefull feature.
Also the online and telephone access to a tax specialist is great. A specialist is available to assist with questions 24/7 with no extensive waits, great feature, and also he fact that you can also purchase
audit defense if neccessary.

Couldn't make it through April without you!
Without a doubt the most important and best valued purchase of the year. When you buy TurboTax you are buying peace of mind. I use the Easy Step method and it's a breeze. Plain language, concise questions and NO legaleese! It's easy to go back if you happen to find another receipt or need to make a change.
I have recommended TurboTax to my friends and they are equally pleased with the results. I honestly think TurboTax is more than software...it's like having a friend who just happens to know a heck of a lot about taxes! April isn't near as scary as it used to be.

Help desk A1
At 10pm on a Thursday night I ran across a problem with my daughter's income tax. She became single and some of the questions were unclear. I contacted their support desk and they walked me through the whole process. It was easy, clear and I felt like I had an individual who was clearly very well informed. In the matter of 5 min. I was able to complete her filing and increased her refund by $2,000. Thanks so much!!!

Easier than I thought
As a first time turbo-tax user I was very happy with my purchase. It guides you through all the steps and the tips are quite helpful. I don't get why so many people still pay others to get their basic taxes done?! Should try it :)

Easy program
This is my first time using Turbo Tax and I had several complicated deductions, tuitions, ei overpayment, repayment, medical expenses et cetera. This program was so easy to use and it covered all these items easily and flagged me when I had a possible mistake. Highly recommend this for use by everyone. Affordable and easy, does not get much better.

Why do it any other way?

Great value for your money
Turbo Tax Std is a a wonderful tool for filing your tax retuns. It covers every aspect of information and easy entering of all data that the average person requires.
Using the easy step method or using the forms method provides the user with a technical comfort level of choice. The tax support feature is another valueable bonus to an already great product.

Works great
Used it for years and always happy with it. Pulls info from previous years. Good for rental properties and investments but you'll have to know what you are doing. The premium packages walk you through more of that stuff but Be carefull - if you try the premium software you can't go back to the standard tax software the next year. You'll have to re-enter all your info.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT
I have been using Quicktax/Turbotax for well over 10 years. I do taxes for my family and many friends each year.
It is simple to use, just follow the step-by-step instructions which make it quick and easy.
I have also used this product to do my home based business taxes for may years. It was helpful by making sure I claimed all the items I was entitled to
I would highly recommend this product to anyone who can type and follow directions. Why waste money for a professional tax preparer who will most like also be using a program that is basically the same as TurboTax.

Very good program
Turbo Tax Standard 2011 was very easy to use and led through the options. The only problem had to do with selecting the Industry Code for self-employment. There should be an easy link to the revised industry codes since it took me much longer than it should have to finally find the correct code.
