Too wordy!
I think Intuit could do a better job on the frontend of TurboTax. I feel like I am repeating myself numerous times as I fill out tax returns. I'm sure a little reworking of the work flow could eliminate this duplication (or at least the feel of duplication) and streamline the process considerably!
Combining the easy steps w/ the actual data entry would resolve most of my complaints...

SHOULD BE CALLED EASY FILE!
I've been using this programme for several years now and the simplicity of use is perfect for the person who really doesn't know (or want to know) more than how to file and get all the deductions they are intitled to. The ability to switch between form view and the guided "Easy Step" menu is fantastic. The software is always up to date. Combining tax calculations with your spouse couldn't be easier and helps with deciding who should claim which income and benefits.

Taxes made easy - great for beginners!
This software is really easy to use for anyone familiar with any Microsoft program. It takes users through a step-by-step process that's even basic enough for new tax filers. I've used TurboTax for two years now and have always been surprised by how many suggestions for tax-saving deductions it recommended that were directly applicable to me. Overall, it's a great way to make corrections and file taxes. Internet connection required.

User Friendly
I've been using TurboTax (QuickTax) since it came out. Although I never had a problem doing taxes manually; I would NEVER go back. It's awesome how it puts everything in it's place and calculates based on your information. I love that it has a running total for your refund. Silly, but it's exciting when you see the credit when it first appears after entering your income. It can only get better from there!

Excellent product

Always gets the job done!

Should be called "EasyTax"
