Everything is great with this software. Have been using it for years. The help menus are great and I like the fact that when I do print off a return for a friend or family member, I can print by page and use the backs of the pages. (Forms - F10 feature) I only print the forms that I need rather than the whole return with many pages that are empty. This way I don't waste paper & save a tree.

Well worth the money.

Smoooooth sailing!
I use Turbo Tax pretty much every year. Yes, as a matter of fact, I have tried other software tax preparation products!
Turbo Tax seems to get easier each year and both the online and phone support is first rate. I've used the phone help line only once, but got my questions answered within minutes.
Using the 'import' option to bring in previous years' personal information also save a lot of aggrevation.

Excellent Product
This tax program is extremely easy to use and is very insightful. I recommend this to all people who ask me which program I use to complete and file my taxes. It has also identified savings for me that I was not aware of previously. I will use this product again!

LOVE IT
TURBO TAX MAKING FILING YOUR INCOME TAX REALLY EASY. I ALWAYS USED THE OLD METHOD FOR FILING INCOME EVERY YEAR UNTIL I TRIED TURBO TAX. WOULDNT CONSIDER DOING IT ANY OTHER WAY ONLY TURBO TAX AGAIN. Good Product

Great Product

One Complaint
Excellent program - very easy to use and helpful !
I think the fonts used should be bigger. On most pages, only the top 1/3rd of the page is used in EasyStep, but the font is very small.
There does not seem to be any way to increase it - so I have to lean into the screen and squint - very tiring when doing a number of tax returns !
Please increase the font size or provide a zoom or font increase mechanism under the menu item 'View'.

Quick and easy

This was a very easy to use product. If you are a first timer at doing your own taxes, dont's worry....it's simple with this program. There are directions in every way and if you don't know what something means, they will explain it. It saves you so much money and its worth it to use this product.

Not One bad Word
I have used Turbo Tax for several years and QuickTax before the name change.The improvements this year are the best, most clear and helpful yet. I like how the program guided me through the steps, anticipated and answered my questions then showed me correctable summaries. The best comment I can make was the one from my wife who noted that I got through preparing my taxes this year without saying one bad word... good job gang.
