FABULOUS PROGRAM
I prepare taxes for ourselves, family members and friends. I cannot believe the amounts being charged by local accountants and tax return companies for a simple "nil" income return. I do not charge to prepare and efile returns for my family and friends. The program ensures I do not make errors and it saves us all money!!!

Well I have been using turbo tax for a few years now and now my kids are all using it, I do all the income tax with this program and it hasn't failed us as a family yet and will continue to use it year after year.. also the net file feature is amazing nothing like it and as simple as click and learn.. cheers to all

First-timer
Since arriving in Canada 5 years ago this is the first time I have personally done my own taxes and submitted online. I have always left it to a professional as I didnt understand the paperwork and was afraid of doing it wrong.Turbo tax was recommended to me by work colleagues for its ease of use and I have to agree it was very straightforward. I also liked the fact that there was back-up support on the end of the telephone when I needed it with a query/problem. Although my taxes are very straightforward at present, I would like to think that should I have more complicated information to enter in the future, this too will be straightforward and easily self-guided to input. I have recommended & will continue to recommend Turbotax to family and friends for taking the stress out of tax time, its value for money and helpful staff at the call centre's. Thankyou

Used it for years!
A co-worker turned me on to Turbo Tax many years ago and I've been a user ever since. I prepare about 5 returns each year for family members and for those of us with normal returns I only spend about an hour a return. Makes April and enjoyable month.

A super friend to help with Income Tax preparation
I personally am not very computer literate, but I have found the Turbo Tax Standard very easy to follow. The questions are clear and concise.
My only problem experienced is in the downloading of the Turbo Tax program on my computer. For me, a detailed STEP BY STEP instruction sheet (that I could PRINT off) would help me tremendously. Hopefully you can do that for next year's (2012 Tax program).
I have already recommended this Tax program to several of my relatives.
