Can't Live Without It
I have used turbotax for 12 to 14 years. It is easy to use; it takes you through each step; has a review option by a tax professional available, and enables you to file your return via the internet which will get you any refund usually in 8 days or less.

Good for students/beginners
If you are a student, or young professional, I was say this is a good bang for your buck. Every year, Turbo gets more user friendly, and helps provide useful hints to use. Even if you are concerned that something may be wrong, I bought the audit protection for 30$ to just give myself some ease of mind. Even if you combine the total costs of both services, still alot cheaper than H&R, especially if your a student.

Quick and easy
I buy the standard version and it is sufficient for straightforward tax scenarios...T4, T4A, pension, RRSPs, etc. Contains a direct link to file electronically. Quick and easy, no complaints.

my go to yearly

Very Good Product

Been using for over 10 years!
I use to do this the paper version and a friend convinced me to use Turbo Tax one year and I never went back to paper. Very easy and you can always find answers in the Turbo Tax Community.

Best value for money
My Turbotax experience this year was great. This is probably the 6th year that I've used Turbotax and is by far the easiest year - the time I have saved from the paper, pencil and eraser days is invaluable.

Great Purchase
Used it for years and easy and simple to use. However, this year I had trouble with it telling me I had used all returns so needed to purchase more but when I looked under the tab to see how many used it said only had used 3 under 25,000 and 0 over. This was when I was filing for both my wife and I.

Everything was easy until....
Everything was easy until I got to the Medical expenses. Turbotax indicates that you can enter TOTAL medical expenses instead of line-by-line receipts. But what it doesn't tell you is WHERE TO ENTER THE TOTAL. I had to guess, and I'm still not sure I got it right. Very frustrated with that section. Otherwise everything went smoothly enough. Another little glitch was toward the end when it asked If I had forgotten to enter anything. i found a couple of charity and one political contribution. I couldn't find out where to enter the amounts.
