savings plus
Before using Turbotax , I was paying each year because my accountant did not ask the right questions and information towards my refund were missed.Since using Turbotax, I have received a refund each year.

Love this product, easy to use.
I love this product, it is easy to use with the step by step instructions, you can carry information from previous years over to current year and if you have any questions - they are usually answered in terms that the ordinary person can understand them.

Great product
Turbo Tax definately makes tax time less stressful. One suggestion I would make is to build it with arrows like Windows uses so if you go into forms for example, then you can easily get back to where you were before. I find it a bit frustrating sometimes as you need to do a bit of dipsy doodling to return. Hope that helps.

Only one comment
There is one question every year that I have to stop and think about: "Do you have no income to report? Yes No" It's a double negative. I would suggest "Do you have income to report? Yes No"

Loyal customer
I have used Turbotax (Quicktax previously) for many years and have found it quick and easy to do my taxes. Usually the taxes can be completed in 2 hours.

Straightforward Usage

SOOO Easy
This is so easy to use, and every year it seems that they make some changes to make it even easier to use. There are questions and answers all throughout the entire process, so if you do need help its there for you. Also the online support to speak to a real person is there too (it is so easy I don't think I have ever even needed to use this) Great job turbo tax, you make my life less stressful.
