Easy and Simple
What I like most is you don't have to know anything about taxes and it is quick. It walks you through each section and allows you to understand completely what you are being asked and is easy to enter information. Amazing would be the best word to decribe it and have been using it for years.

Easy Filing!
Wow, this is my 3rd year in a row for not paying a tax prepping person. This tool is real easy to use. I have 4 members in my family which requires to file tax. Only problem that I had this time was that the tool was asking me to enter medical expenses no even i did not enter anything at all. But the Q/A section on the side bar saved the day, it showed me the answer from TT forum and my problem was solved (there was an amount entered in box #85 in one of my T4s).

So Easy
I used to do our taxes on paper every year, which is good for young people to do at least once so they know the math process and all the deductions etc it takes to get to the final step (refund or owe) But after years of setting aside a half a day to get them done I figured I would give Turbo Tax a try. And I can now say I will not go back to paper. It was so easy and fast and figured all the math stuff out for me. Love it Love it Love it!

Great software
This was a very easy tax software to use. The interview questions really help guide you through the process of filing your taxes and the help menu is excellent when you lose your way. I highly recommend this software to anyone.

- learned a lot, feel more tax aware

Swear to God

A couple of things.......
The initial registration pages could be improved. It automatically fills in the field for 'province' with 'Not applicable' but if you accept that, it will error out at the end and return and you'll need to re-enter ALL of the data, it doesn't save anything. The same applies when it can't resolve the Postal Code....back to the beginning and re-enter ALL of the data from scratch....and again, when it can't find the address even tho you've been doing this for the last 4 years from the same address....back to the beginning and re-enter ALL of the data. You get good at re-entering the same data after a few tries but it doesn't give a high level of confidence in the product when it can't handle the initial registration smoothly. One might ask how reliable is it overall? I've been using Turbo Tax for years, successfully I think, so I'm going on faith this time around.
