Fast and Easy
Have used Turbo Tax for many years and it is easy to follow and understand. It fills in already previously provided information which saves time and energy. It is also very simply and easy to understand.

Solid and better every year
TT for tax year 2011 remains a solid product and continues to improve. The dialogues with the step by step method were always good but even better this year - clear and unambiguous. T-slip entry forms are much better than previous editions - the spreadsheet-style grid data entry has been replaced with form-style entry
One area for improvement: the T-slip summary displays have light blue text on gray background - poor contrast and very hard to see. Should at least have an option for high contrast display ... a lot of seniors will struggle with this.

Easy to use
I like Turbo Tax because it "takes you by the hand" and leads you through the entire process. Even the forms look like the ones you would use if doing it by hand.
It's so easy to use and I get my cheque in the mail in about 10 days!

Good purchase
This product can be used by the novice or experienced tax preparers and still learn something from it. I use Turbo Tax every year and still find something new that helps increase my refund. As my tax situation changes, TT keeps me up to date in claiming all benefits available to me.

Most useful tool
Whenyou are looking for stress free tax filing you should turn to TurboTax. The big advantage is savung the return and only filing when all your data is included. We 've used the program for 6 years.

Deductions
I did 4 family tax returns. On one return I had to go back and get some prescriptions which were missing to verify qualifying deductions. Finding where the receipt records were located to deduct one which was not eligible was a little challenging. The return was completed several days before and after locating the prescriptions and opening the file it was not as easy to locate the list so I could delete one which was not eligible.

Can't sing it's praises enough. Have used this for over 10 years now and each year I get money back into my pocket. Not that is becasue of the software, but using this personally has greatly enhanced my chances at finding each nook and cranny to get some $'s back in my pocket.

Easy to Use
I have used this program for years and it gets easier every time. Partly as a result of experience and partly because the program gets easier. It is much easier than doing things manually because if one value is changed, it is reflected in the entire document.

Good Deal
I found this product very helpful and in fact saved myself a lot of hard work and fustration by eliminating doing our income taxes by hand. This is the first time I have used an electronic version and it was so very user friendly in that it allowed me to complete my husbands and my return at the same time. This maximized savings and saved a lot of fiddling around because we split a pension income. The only issue I had was in trying to file electronically and never did accomplish my goal. I had viewed the video and thought I had saved it correctly but apparently not. I'm not sure if this had anything to do with completing the two returns at the same time or not?

Turbo Tax 2011 Review
I found this software very easy. Always print each person's name at the top of each screen when moving form one screen to another. It is very helpful when filing husband's and spouces returns together. I will certainly recommend Turbo Tax.
