Reliable and easy to use
I am a long time QuickTax/Turbo Tax user. I find it really easy to use, and like that I can use bookmarks if I want to revisit a certain section. I love the optimizers - easy to see where you can get the best bang for your buck! I will be back next year.

Easy Peasy
Been using program for years. You don't have to be a computer genius - easy enough for most Seniors. Sure beats the old manual way with a pencil, eraser & calculator! :)

Long time user
I have used Turbotax Standard for 14 years and depend on it totally. Over the years my personal tax profile has changed. Early on I had RRSP investments and investment income, and now in retirement changes have happened, yet Turbotax has allowed me to continued to handle my tax filing personally.

Accurate
I had prepared a hard copy and bought your package to expedite my refund. CRA advises processing will be slow this season. Our results yielded the same result.
Would suggest that a note to not include donation and health premium info from T4 or T4A would be helpful if filer intends to have spouse use these on their return. I had to go back and edit to achieve this result. Thanks

Good Prog -will use again
inccome year to year has minor change .- so when refund calc was very different a comparison to previous year revealed errors . .Is such a comparison feasible within the program ?

I found turbo tax very easy to use right from the first time I tried it. Be sure to use the optimizer for medical and/or donations especially if you are doing joint taxes. Otherwise you could miss the best way to optimize.and end up paying more tax.

Optimizers
The Charitable Donation and RRSP Optimizers are extremely valuable tools. This software is fantastic!!
The only thing I don't like is the limiting of the number of returns. It used to be 20, now you only allow 4.
