So Easy to Use
Turbo Tax is so easy to use. Doing the step by step process takes you through what used to be a real headache with forms and papers and wondering if you put the right info on the right line on the right form. Turbo Tax does it all for you! So glad I use it.

Confusion
I encountered a foreign tax exempt income situation and knew it needed to show at Line 256 but could not figure how until I went through the Live Comm. and found an answer to my ?. The process was convoluted and I would never have got there without the online help.

Still Winning With Turbo Tax
I have been using TurboTax and its predecessor QuickTax since it first appeared on the market many years ago. The advent of NetFile further facilitated the amazing versatility of this program.
Only once did the makers of QuickTax stray off course with the product when they increased the product price and reduced the number of permissable returns at the same time. Fortunately, the company listened to the voices of their customers and the issue was corrected in the subsequent year.
TurboTax will always be my product of choice and I will continue to promote its use to anyone who cares to listen to me.

Very Good Product.
I have been using Turbo Tax and its predecessors for many years. And it is getting better and easier all the time. I like the way it can combine income for my wife and myself which results in a lower tax payable or a greater return.

Worry free!
So happy to check this off my list. Installing the software was a breeze and using the Easy Step wizard made completing my tax return totally worry free!
I have enough stresses in my life, and using TurboTax is not one of them!

great option to keep taxes simple
I've been using Turbo tax for several years now. It makes doing taxes quick and easy. Simple step by step guide walks me through all the forms and makes sure that I don't miss anything. Warning and Error pages helps me avoid mistakes from putting information in the wrong place. Also helps me identify credits easily.

I really like the fact that this software makes using a calculator almost obsolete. Not having to add and subtract and then find the places that are affected by your entries and making sure you have the right place is so much easier on the eyes as well and much faster and more accurate to complete my yearly taxes. great value and easy to use
We have used this software for several years no adn the process has been fairly painless (as painless as doing your taxes can be, I suppose). It is user-friendly and walks you through the steps quickly. My two only small complaints are the following:
a) there are ads for upgrades imbedded into the product. If I wanted the more expensive version, I would have gotten it!
b) Some of the warnings or checks at the end when reviewing are not accurate. Annoying, yes, but just click on SKIP to next step and they go away.
Aside from those minor complaints, a definite good buy. We will be using this again next year!

I have used quick tax and now turbo tax for many years. I still have nightmares about the paper forms and using a calculator and pencil!!

Easiest Tax Filing Ever
This is is the easiest tax program to follow. Just read & answer the questions. No difficult to understand forms, that"s all done for you. The forms are there so you can check them at any time. I like that because I like to see the forms but don"t like filling them in, for fear of missing something or puttting something in the wrong place. This year the .tax portion was in the easiest to follow format of any of the eight years I have used Quick Tax & Turbo Tax.
