Very Reliable
I've been using either the online version or the softeware download for at least five years and have found it very reliable. One year I decided to try a walk-in tax preparing business, instead, hoping they could find more deductions. I paid an arm and a leg for that service and they couldn't do a better job than TurboTax. Big regret! Decided to stay with Turbo Tax after that. It's very convenient to file from my home computer.

Makes Tax Filing A Breeze
This is my second year filing my taxes with TurboTax. I will never go back to the paper forms. It is even easier this year with last years information already in the computer. With direct deposit, I will have my refund in about three days. It doesn't get better than that. Thank you TurboTax.

Simple, intuitive.
This was my first online tax return and though I made some mistakes by not consulting my previous tax returns first, once I did it was very straight forward and I look forward to having it carry my information on for next year's return.

really easy to use
I like that you have the opportunity to make corrections and that all previous years info is
available to transfer into the next years form as that just cuts the time of entering down a lot. I also like the forms, the helps at the top of the page, its just so darn easy to use. this year I made a mistake and went to the beginning and started all over again. and it worked out just great as they give you 10 copies to file...

Easy to use
I found TurboTax very easy to use. My income is a mix of employment, ppension, RRIF, and investments. Answering the questions asked by the program made it easy to report these various sources of income and to put together all my deductions. This was very user-friendly.

Very Good Purchase

Value for the money
Before Intuit, taxes were a real pain and delayed due to procratination. Now, early in March, as soon as all my slips are in I prepare it and use netfile to send it in. I have my refund before the end of March. I will never go back to manual filing unless the price becomes exhorbiant.

Still the best
I have been using TurboTax ever since it existed. It just keeps getting easier. In no time at all I had all my info entered and was ready to file. It took more time to gather all my info than it did to actually complete the return.

The Optimizer
When using the optmizer both results should be displayed; what the balance or refund is in both cases. eg the refund with optmizer and without the optimizer.
In the Standard version different scenairos should should be made possible and results displayed side by side.
Turbo Tax is excellent program and easy to use.

I have purchased Turbo Tax for years. I appreciate how easy it is to use. The step by step interview as well as access to any of the required tax forms is wonderful.
