not as good as previous years
The software download in install process was painfully slow and clunky. Takes forever startup too. Once it got to the main menu the program was a breeze to use and makes filing taxes easy. Editions from previous years were smoother to download/install/startup but the meat and potatoes are the same.

Best Purchase Ever
I am so glad I tried TurboTax it is easy and explained any errors or additions needed and filed it with the CRA and had verifying of the return at an extra expense which I didn't need its an option.

Good value Straight forward
I've been using Turbotax since 2017 and it's great. Once you set up your profile you can transfer information to the following year. Although my taxes are not complicated, I have full confidence a more complicated return will be easily completed. One note is you must have some understanding of the information required to complete your taxes but the rest is really easy with Turbotax

I use this every year
I believe this is the 5th year I have used TurboTax and I could not be happier. We always get the exact refund it says we will and it takes me much less time, effort and frustration than filling out forms by hand as well as making so many calculations. It's all done for me and I trust Turbo Tax year after year and I will continue to trust them as long as they're around.

I have used Turbo Tax for as long as I can remember & while there is usually some one thing that frustrates me every year, I end up resolving the issue eventually & it keeps me thinking. As a retired CRA Efile Help Desk employee, Efile of any sort is second nature to me. My, what an

Super easy and fast
I've used TurboTax for years (since it was QuickTax) and have found it to be very easy to use and gets my taxes done in no time at all. I really like the ability to work through the best options for medical and charitable receipts as well as the pension splitting for seniors. It reviews each of them and gives you advice on what will save you the most.
In addition, the RRSP wizard helps you to make intelligent decisions about contributions.
I would recommend this to anyone, even if you are hesitant about preparing your own taxes.

Suggestion
I had some issues with the Disability Tax Credit. At the review stage, it mentioned the tax credits being claimed, but did not specifically mention the DTC. I had to manoeuver back to that section to confirm that it was included.
