Easier every year
THe process gets shorter each year. What used to take days to fill out and process takes less than two hours for both returns. All calculations are done and the documents are net filed quickly and easily. Will never go back tothe old way.

Excellent product - user friendly
I have used Turbotax now for 3 years (I think) and I find it very easy to use. I just have to answer a few questions and before I know it :: my income tax is done::. I will definitely pass this product on to my friends

I found the program easy to use and found the system of using easy step a nice way to orginize my paperwork. Because I live in the country with no access to real internet (dail-up only) the use of on-line help lines isn't an option but the help system in the program answered my questions

Easy To Use
I have a very basic knowledge of tax preparation. This software was very easy to use and understand. TurboTax provided step by step instructions and easy to understand explanations and samples to follow. Any individual, even with the most basic knowledge of tax preparation can use this software!

Wouldn't do my taxes without it
I have been using TurboTax/QuickTax for for 12 years or so, and I wouldn't ever consider doing my taxes any other way. It's just such a simple, easy way and all the information on the return is so detailed and easy to follow.

Been using it for years
I have been using TurboTax (formerly QuickTax) since around 2001. It gets the job done while minimizing errors and maximizing my refund and it's cheaper than getting an accountant to do it (and often more accurate).

Relatively easy to navigate through
Each year, when I load my current year Turbo Tax, a feature I really appreciate is the pulling forward of Static Data, such as Name, Address, SIN, etc, which substantially reduces the data input time to complete my tax return.
I do tax returns for my father, spouse, son, daughter and a few others who need a favour, and Turbo Tax makes it relatively easy to do.

Things to consider when purchasing
Read all instructions to find out which turbotax is right for you! If you have had an accountant doing your taxes the standard will not allow you to use the accountant fees as a tax deduction.....you will need the premium Lesson learned
