Turbo Tax Standard 2011 Opinion
I've been using Quick Tax (now Turbo Tax) every year since it became available. It's pretty much idiotl-proof. I am of the opinion that there's a need for something between Basic and Standard at a more affordable price point than Standard. Otherwise I have no complaints about the product

"Taxes For Dummies"
The best thing about the program is it's ease of use. Everything about this makes it very simple for the average "joe or jane" to use with confidence.
I like that it will optimize deductions for you and gives you the option of using the program's suggestion or not.
I will use it again next year.

Anyone can use this
I had never done taxes before Turbo Tax and I was very nervous about using it. However, I found my worries unfounded as it is so easy! Just fill in the blanks and you are done. No calculator or finger counting needed!

Worth it
I had problems getting the software, since for some reason I did not get the reminder e-mail with the download code. However, I sent an e-mail to the service centre, and was off & running within an hour or so. Once I got going, it was easy, as usual. This is great software and well worth the investment.

Great Tax software
As easy as it has been to file my taxes with this software in the past, I found the experience this year to be even easier. The interview process has been raised to a new level of competence, in my opinion. Found the help behind the product to be excellent, when I needed clarification on something.

Always finds something
Every year TurboTax (or QuickTax) found something that I would have missed. I usually more than covers the cost of the software. It also has a great help system which explains things clearly and in easy to understand wording.

It's So Easy
TurboTax Standard was an incredibly easy to use program. It was simple to follow the step by step questions and forms for filling out. This was very helpful in suggesting other possible refunds to claim as well as who should claim them in our family in order to maximize our return. It allowed me to claim charitable donations, child care, union dues, transit costs and much more. I would definitely recommend this program to any family with basic returns wanting to save some money doing there own return.

was good
turbo tax is good, but for some reason it seemed a little more difficult when entering T4's, as well as kids school expenses. But was able to work through it. Could be simplified a bit though.

Use it every year
I find this product the best I have ever used in preparing Income Tax returns. It is dependable and fast. I would recommend it to anyone doing simple tax returns. Actually I receive more back because the program picked up something I had missed or was unaware of.

quick, easy, simple, and low cost
I buy Turbo Tax every year and find it to be very easy to use. The program explains every thing to you and if you do need help there are help hints for you. I would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone who wants to save some money in getting their taxes done. I find it is just as good as taking it to a professional without the high cost at the end.
